Week two didn’t bring good news with it. The CW series was down a whopping 22% in the demo versus a week earlier. It attracted a 0.7 in the demo with 1.47 million viewers. That matches a series low which was set last week. How much lower will it go?

Paired with Ringer, a new show that got a lot of promotion, 90210 had an okay kick off to the new season. The drama attracted a 0.9 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 1.61 million viewers. It matched the season three premiere in the demo but lost 18% in total viewership. This wasn’t a bad start but the show could be in danger if the network finds more success with other series.
Reference point: The 2010-11 season averaged a 0.9 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 1.76 million viewers.

This show needs to be renewed. One of the few shows for young people that stands for some decent values, without preaching. Very well-written.
