After many years away, former Friends star David Schwimmer has returned to series television. He was part of an ensemble in FX’s American Crime Story: People vs OJ Simpson and is now one of the stars of Feed the Beast on AMC. Based on a Danish TV series, Feed the Beast revolves around two childhood best friends who open an upscale restaurant together. Tommy Moran (David Schwimmer) is a former sommelier and functional alcoholic who’s raising his 10-year-old son. His best friend is Dion Patras (Jim Sturgess), a man’s who’s fresh out of prison, a rockstar chef, and in debt to the mob. The rest of the cast includes Lorenza Izzo, John Doman, Elijah Jacob, Michael Gladis, and Christine Adams.
