Do viewers have faith in the first season of the God Friended Me TV show on CBS? As we know, the Nielsen ratings typically play a big role in determining whether a TV show like God Friended Me is cancelled or renewed for season two. Unfortunately, most of us do not live in Nielsen households. Because of that, many viewers are frustrated their viewing habits and opinions aren’t considered before a show is cancelled or renewed. So, we invite you to rate all of the season one episodes of God Friended Me below.
A drama series airing on CBS, God Friended Me stars Brandon Micheal Hall, Violett Beane, Suraj Sharma, Javicia Leslie, and Joe Morton. Set in New York City, the series revolves around a thoughtful and outspoken podcaster named Miles(Hall). Miles is an atheist and that puts him at odds with his reverend father (Morton). Miles’ life is turned upside down when he receives a friend request on social media from a user named “God”. He eventually accepts and starts digging into his new friend’s account, convinced it’s a hoax. He partners with journalist Cara Bloom (Beane) and gets additional aide from his sister Ali (Leslie) and his hacker pal Rakesh (Sharma). Miles is convinced that the “God” account is an elaborate hoax and is devoted to uncovering the truth. In the meantime, he’s playing along and, in the process, seeing his life changed forever.

1/29/19 update: CBS has renewed the God Friended Me TV show for a second season.
This show has been so refreshing!! Best show on TV in a long time!!!! Can’t wait for Sundays to come!!
This show, God Friended Me, has been a breath of fresh air! It should definitely be renewed. It is like an updated “Touched By An Angel” with even more powerful because the folks doing the touching are earth bound and believable characters. Thank you for continuing this for a long time!
WOW! Refreshing and this show really makes you think. Can’t wait for season 2. I hope this show runs for a while.
This is a show that renews your faith that TV can produce a good show! We love the ideas expressed in the show. The best part of this show is no one is kill!

I really love this show and look forward to Sunday. Thanks for making a family friendly show. Keep up with the great story lines.
I love this show! It has great cast, and believable story lines. You don’t have to have watched the previous episode, but it is worth going back to watch if you missed out! Please, please don’t be STUPID and cancel this program!!! LOVE IT.
My favorite Season 1 “God Friended Me” episode is “Scenes From an Italian Restaurant” which aired on March 10, 2019. The greatest scene, which I’ve been waiting for, was Miles kissing Cara. Wow! Finally! What a kiss! Thank you!
Great series God Friended Me. Seeing the lengths they go through to find a solutions all while trying to find out who created the God Account. A puzzle within a puzzle, intriguing.
I feel this is one of the best shows on television right now. It so much reminds me so much of some of the great shows produced by Michael Landon in the past. A good news show that has such great meaning and doesn’t have to include violence. The story line has been great as it has several branches…..the great story of goodness….the possible “love” connection…the technology links…..just hope the show gets to continue.
Unfortunately, I tried to get into this show, but it just didn’t do it for me. I stopped watching it after the 7th episode.
I look forward to this show – it is well produced, well acted and a wonderful premise! Please do not cancel this show!!!!
This is the best show on Television right now and the best 6 actors/actresses on any station period. CBS should stop ******** around and play the episodes for 2019. I watch a lot of TV on all 3 stations but I don’t miss an episode of this one for any reason. I’ve seen them all. The stories are great and the acting is out of this world.
