What’s This TV Show About?
An ABC sitcom, The Kids Are Alright stars Michael Cudlitz, Mary McCormack, Sam Straley, Caleb Foote, Sawyer Barth, Christopher Paul Richards, Jack Gore, Andy Walken, and Santino Barnard. The 1970s-period comedy centers on the Clearys, an Irish-Catholic family living on the outskirts of Los Angeles. Since its the ’70s, Peggy (McCormack) and Mike (Cudlitz) are raising their kids with a lack of supervision which might stun today’s parents, and now their eldest son wants to quit the seminary to go “save the world.” The times they are a-changing, and the Cleary family is not immune to the turbulence around them.

We were very surprised to hear that the new show “The Kids are Alright” was cancelled! My Hubby & I Loved that Show! It was so funny, especially if you are Catholic (which we are). Why do they take off Shows that are Funny?!
Our family wants The Kids are Alight to continue. It’s our favorite TV sitcom. The shows are so entertaining and fitting for the time period. The cast is so perfect. This has been an unexpected disappointment. We would like to see many more seasons of this family.
“The Kids are Alright” is quirky, fresh, different and solid. Give this sassy window into recent cultural history a second season at least! Wake up you axe-masters. With so very many shows it takes a while for viewers to catch up.

Absolutely love this show it’s so funny. Every Tuesday night my whole family is waiting for it to come on so we can all enjoy it together. Please don’t cancel it !
Please please please dont cancel The Kids Are Alright. My husband and I love this show. We even got our parents and adult kids watching late thru the season. It is hilarious and real. We need this show!!!!! We love it
