Are you enjoying the first season of The Conners TV show on ABC — even without Roseanne Barr? As we all know, the Nielsen ratings typically play a big role in determining whether a TV show like The Conners is cancelled or renewed for season two. Unfortunately, most of us do not live in Nielsen households. Because many viewers feel frustration when their viewing habits and opinions aren’t considered, we’d like to offer you the chance to rate all of The Conners season one episodes here. *Status update below.
An ABC sitcom, The Conners stars John Goodman, Laurie Metcalf, Sara Gilbert, Lecy Goranson, Michael Fishman, Emma Kenney, Ames McNamara, Jayden Rey, and Maya Lynne Robinson. Guest stars in season one include Estelle Parsons, James Pickens Jr., Natalie West, Johnny Galecki, and Juliette Lewis. A spin-off of the cancelled TV series Roseanne, the sitcom follows the working-class family of Roseanne and Dan Conner (Goodman) including their three children Becky (Goranson), Darlene (Gilbert), and D.J. (Fishman), as well as Roseanne’s sister, Jackie Harris (Metcalf). No matter what challenges they meet in Lanford, Illinois (including the loss of matriarch Roseanne), the Conners endure thanks to their persistence, humor, and most of all — love.

This show loses all warmth and humor without Roseanne. America has laughter and forgiveness for late night comedians now bring back Roseanne!
The show needs to go. Roseanne should never have been fired. We will never watch without her.

The Conners are still awesome. Even though Roseanne was great, I think Sara Gilbert is hilarious too. So is Roseanne’s sister Jackie. And of course, John Goodman has always been funny. They’re all doing a great job at filling big shoes. Can’t wait for season 2. Great show guys, “keep on trucking.”
I like the Connors, all of the characters have always carried this series or shows relating to the original Rosanne. But our current social climate has no room for racism, Rosanne always said bizarre things, the latest proves she doesn’t learn from her mistakes.
I have no great feelings for Roseanne Barr one way or the other. I do not think she should have lost her job for what she did. With that said, I actually like the show more without her. She was somewhat annoying and a terrible actress.
Would like to see Conners return!

This Conners show is destroying the legacy of Rosanne. I am surprised some people
like this show at all. Watch the Rosanne show especially the earlier seasons and tell me
the Conners is a good show. The actors can no longer act and the writing is sub-par. The laugh track has to go too.
Also there is a picture on the wall in the restaurant where Becky works depicting the animal cruelty of a bullfight. It’s rather large and hard to miss. Apropos since the Conners is a show without a heart.

This is a wonderful show, I am glad they did the responsible thing with firing Roseanne a bringing to the Americans attention the problem with the opioid problem. If even Roseanne could of anyone can.
They actually did the most stupid thing possible .. they committed delayed suicide .. it probably won’t last two seasons
I watched the new episodes.. Not as good but not so bad. I love the Gilbert character…but all the others look artificial and over act especially Dan. I would continue to watch out of curiosity
They have got to be kidding. A huge cast getting a huge salary and they are pulling a one share? Roseanne season 10 had at their worst a four share. Time to take this show to the bone yard. Oh, and someone should clue in Sara Gilbert that she is NOT a director/producer/creator of anything .
Firing Rosie was a mistake. Gilbert wanted her shot I guess to be Rosie…didn’t fly.
It was a stupid mistake to fire Rosanne .. one that WILL be regretted in time . How about firing then nut job who did it for her own personal reason and made the WORSE business decision of her life for that network !!
I AGREE with you COMPLETELY !! I am an X fan since Roseanne was fired for one persons Personal reason .. THAT idiot should be fired now !!

I will not ever watch The Conners. The previews are a real turn off. Without Roseanne it stinks. By the way I don’t even watch ABC. Use to, no more!
HATE new show without Roseanne. I WILL nit be watching next season, if there is one.
ABC made a huge mistake firing Roseanne The show is terrible without her. They are trying so hard to include every race, gender identity,, and topics it’s just so unrealistic and over the top. Roseanne made the show. They are getting all these other stars to come on the show because they know no one is interested in it. Major mistake letting Roseanne’s show to go on without her. I will never watch it unless they bring her back. I am boycotting ABC because of this.
