The war between man and angels will continue. Syfy has renewed their Dominion TV show for a second season of 13 episodes.
Based on the characters from the Legion movie, Dominion takes place 25 years into the future, after the “Extinction War” in which an army of lower angels waged a war against mankind. The show’s cast includes Christopher Egan, Tom Wisdom, Carl Beukes, Alan Dale, Roxanne McKee, Anthony Head, Luke Allen-Gale, Shivani Ghai, and Rosalind Halstead.
Airing on Thursday nights, the first season of nine episodes averaged a 0.5 rating in the 18-49 demographic with 1.6 million total viewers.

Glad the second season of Dominion is coming. Was expecting the let down I felt when Terra Nova died at the end of its first season and we we’re all left with just part of a really good and developing story. Also excited for the new series Killjoys which is filming out the back door of our office in Mississauga (and Hanibal is being filmed out the front door). This is an adventurous tale and quite entertaining. Unfortunately, those responsible for the script have very little or no clue as to the real functionality of angels! (but you need to have read the Kabbala or a passage or two or three from the Bible for that!)
Nevertheless, the cinematography is engaging, and the angels look like angels…devoid of their actual purpose…which has an otherworldly and spiritual dimension which altogether transcends the politics of Hollywood! But, alas, I’m hooked…keep it coming!

Nothing new and not worth a second season
Dominion….one of the best things to arrive on tv in years.Great cast great acting and more twists in it than than a Chubby Checker danceathon.Keep those series coming please!

I also agree that Syfy is definitely gone off topic. When I saw CSI reruns playing last week I was disgusted. I love this show and I love the fact that it is actually science fiction, something the Syfy channel has forgotten all about. Thanks for renewing the show! Keep the Real Syfy shows coming……
