TV show description:
After purchasing an engagement ring to give his fiance, Portland homicide detective Nick Burkhardt (David Giuntoli) sees a pretty woman’s face briefly morph into a monster’s. Shortly afterward, he and his partner, Hank Griffin (Russell Hornsby), are called to investigate the violent death of a female college student in the woods. Her limbs seem to have been pulled apart by a superhuman wolf creature. Later, a girl in a red coat disappears.
While at the home of his devoted girlfriend, Juliette Silverton (Bitsie Tulloch), Nick is visited by his Aunt Marie (Kate Burton), a librarian. She pulls him aside but, before she can tell him the reason for her visit, they’re attacked by a monster. Marie is gravely hurt but Nick shoots and kills the monster — who then transforms into a human. The monster’s weapon is decorated with strange writing that spells “Reapers of the Grimms.”
Badly injured, Marie gives Nick a necklace and tells him to guard it with his life. She also tells him that his parent didn’t die in a car accident as he believed — they were murdered. At the hospital, Marie tells Nick that he is one of the last “Grimms,” an elite line of criminal profilers. They are charged with keeping balance between humanity and the mythological creatures of the world. It turns out that the Grimms’ Fairy Tales are true stories and the monsters in them are real.
Nick later inspects Marie’s trailer and finds hidden weapons, books, and other Grimm equipment. He studies an open book and immediately finds a picture of the girl that he saw outside the jewelry store.
While still investigating his case, Nick sees a man named Eddie Monroe (Silas Weir Mitchell) transform into a wolf. It turns out that he’s not the killer. Monroe explains that there are many different Grimm creatures and not all of them are villainous. Monroe has been able to quell his true nature and exist peacefully with humans, like many Grimm creatures do. With his help, Nick locates the killer, kills him, and rescues the girl.
As Nick tries to hide the dangers of his new found calling from Juliette, Hank, and his boss, Captain Renard (Sasha Roiz), he becomes more entrenched in the ancient rivalries and alliances of the Grimm world. Nick must navigate through the forces of a larger-than-life mythology, facing off with Hexenbiests, Blutbads and all manner of ancient evils.

What do you think? Do you like the Grimm TV show? Do you think it should be ending with season six? Would you have watched a seventh season?

I love this show, the characters and the interrelationships. I have episodes I have saved on my DVR that I watch over and over. To end it by saying “To Be Continued” IS JUST SO WRONG!!!!!!!
This is the only TV series I have ever purchased a full season. I couldn’t get access on regular TV, we have fewer option in Fairbanks unless you are willing to pay a fortune for a huge number of channels that you will never watch. This is a great show, different but addictive. I hate that you are considering canceling Grimm!
This is the best show that i watch. Have never missed an episode. I NEVER MISS ALL THE RERUNS THAT PLAY EVERY Morning. I Don’t GO TO work without watching first. This is terrible.
Why do they always cancel the best shows and leave on the ones nobody cares about? My husband and I watch this every week or record it if we aren’t going to be home. There are so few shows we even like to watch on TV anymore. Hate all the reality shows, dancing, survivor etc. Just a bunch of faked, staged junk! Please leave Grimm on!!!!!
What are they thinking? This is the only show left other than blacklist that I even watch on NBC. Probably one of the best shows that they have ever had, and by far the best that they have now. Don’t care anything about crappy talent or dancing or whatever shows. Move it to USA or another sister network, but don’t let it die. This show has years of life left in it.
I think Grimm is one of the greatest shows on TV and I am very saddened and angry that they are talking about cancelling it. The powers that be should ask the people what they want instead of doing what they want. I’m sure the ratings are doing fine and they should be trying to keep good shows on. Please do not cancel such a wonderful show.
i really enjoy Grimm. It’s a different kind of sify in that there is usually a good mystery to be solved vs monsters killing monsters. I have really enjoyed the characters being able to make independent choices without the influence of their ancestors. They all appear to have common goals such as working together to build a better community & pass on to the next generation to learn, accept, not judge, & respect the differences to foster growth for themselves & others. Their future & survival of their city depends on this new change.
Absolutely love Grimm looked fwd to it every week. I will be so sad to see it end,why is it every show I like ends.
Nooo me and my mom love watching Grimm together! This is way better than the 100 vampire shows. Please don’t be like Game of Thrones and end it premature. You’ll end up cramming too much into the episodes and ruining the ending. Sigh. Maybe we will get lucky. At least we still have another season to look forward too
grimm is a fun and entertaining show. I hate to see the network cancel it. But they would rather put some reality show in it’s place. I wish they would listen to the people. I love to hear Monroe’s wisecracks….
I loved Grimm. Why would you cancel it? I WANT MORE!!!!
I love Grimm it’s the only cool thing I can get I don’t have cable
so I have grimm . please don’t do this to me and all the Grimm fans
are you nuts . rose
I love Grimm, one of the more original shows in a long time. Don’t want to see it go away!
This is the best show on TV! I look forward to each season and each week when it’s on. Never miss it! NBC, please don’t cancel.
sorry to see good shows like GRIMM pulled . MORE time to read.
