As expected, there was a good amount of drop off between weeks one and two. Episode two drew a 2.7 rating in the demo with 8.54 million, a loss of 18%. Hopefully this will be the end of the erosion but my gut is that it isn’t. CSI easily won the timeslot this time around.
Season average: 3.0 demo with 9.28 million.
Episode 01-01: Wednesday, 9/21/11
It was a positive debut for Revenge with a 3.3 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 10.02 million viewers. That was good enough for the drama to win its timeslot. One the downside however, the series lost a lot of viewers between the start and finish of the hour. It went from a 3.8 in the demo (thanks to Modern Family) and ended with a 3.0. That’s a sign that those people who switched it off mid-way won’t be back next week.
Note: These ratings are collected by the Nielsen company and are the final national numbers. These are different from the fast affiliate numbers which are just estimates of the actual ratings and are reported on by most other outlets. The final nationals are typically released within 24 hours of the programming or, in the case of weekends and holidays, a couple days later.

This is my favorite show. I cannot wait until it comes on every week and disappointed when the hour is over and I have to wait another week to see it again. It definitely should be renewed. It keeps me on the edge of my seat. Love it.
This is a well written and smart show that has me hooked. A guilty pleasure–kinda gives voice to that “shadow side” that’s in all of us. Please keep it going. Lots of room
for redemption and growth. btw–I am a 59 year old woman. I think it is reaching
all ages.

lOVE THE SHOW – DEFINITELY SHOULD HAVE A NEW SEASON.
I LOVE this show! I hope it renews another season! I can’t wait to see what Emily has in store for the Graysons. Even more so as she was about to reverse her decision and then after hearing how Victoria give Daniel the impression her father assaulted her. Oh game on sister! I love to see people get what is coming to them for purposeful and hurtful lies.
Love this show with all the twists and turns – please keep it going for a LONG time!
Do not even think of cancelling this show. My mother and I call eachother up every Thursday to talk about how great this show is and what happened. It is getting better each and every week. How they plan on stretching this out though, that is mystery. The end of the summer is coming soon, where it all began! Great Great Great show!!!!
