The CW is starting over on Monday nights. They’ve cancelled both Star-Crossed and The Tomorrow People after one season apiece.
On The Tomorrow People, a teenager (Robbie Amell) discovers that he has paranormal abilities. He also learns that others like him have gone into hiding because they’re being hunted by a paramilitary group of scientists known as Ultra. The rest of the cast includes Luke Mitchell, Peyton List, Aaron Yoo, Mark Pellegrino, and Madeleine Mantock.
The drama debuted back in October and aired on Wednesday nights, paired with the network’s popular Arrow series. It performed well in the beginning but the ratings fell over the course of the season, dropping as low as a 0.4 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 1.24 million viewers.
The series moved to Monday nights and lost even more viewers. In last April, The Tomorrow People hit a series low, drawing just 760,000 viewers.
The season (now series) finale, which aired this week, left plenty of story opportunities for a second season but it won’t be happening.

Bring back the tomorrow people!!! This show is so thrilling and suspenseful in a good way. It brings you to the due of your seat every episode. I have been binge watching on Netflix and I’m almost at the end of the 1st season. I would very mucheap be disappointed if the show would be canceled. I love this show!!!!!

Everytime they get a new series they cancel them without giving it a fair shot. I believe it should have continued but been put in a better slot. Bring it back I’m sure round 2 would be a success
It sucks that season 2 got cancelled. we all want season 2 so please put it up on Netflix and other websites. WE WANT SEASON 2 !!!!!
I absolutely loved The Tomorrow people. Even though I started watching it on Netflix, I still don’t think it should have been cancelled. I watched the whole first season in 2 days. I’m quite upset there will not be a second season.

What is the problem, everytime you networks finally put something worth watching on tv, you cancel it and replace it with crap. You have a responsibility to the viewers to at least bring a show to a conclusion before cancelling it. You leave the viewer feeling like they completely wasted their time, this also creates a negative trust factor that leaves the viewer unable to invest time into any show, knowing that we can be left dangling again. How does this sit with sponsors who pay large sums of money for advertising? Finish the damn shows properly!!!!
I think it really sucks that the second season got cancelled, the show is awesome, and the story is amazing. I was drawn in the entire time and never got bird with the story. Super bummed out now the I found out there it’s no second season. You should never end a story before it’s finished.
Oh God!!!!!! I can’t believe this!!! Today I was just thinking of what to watch… Then I remembered how much I loved the tomorrow people and I really was expecting a second season!! How can it just end with Jedekiah taking John to his place and cloning him…!!! Please bring it back Cw
I don’t think that the tomorrow people show, should have been cancelled. When i watched the last episode of season 1 i was so eager to find the second season, but then i find out that it was cancelled. The tomorrow people is a great show, and i think that it would be worth making a second season. Even if the second season would be the last season you would make. Very disappointed that there will not be a second season. Love the characters and the story line. The show has a lot of ways to excel. I hate getting into a show and watching a complete season and then find out its been cancelled . CW tends to do this quite often

There needs to be a season 2 in season one the last episode it makes it seem like there is going to be a season 2 so you guys need to start thinking what you put to make sure that there is going to be another season
