“Is he really going to behave himself?” NBC has released a new promo for the upcoming season of America’s Got Talent.

The preview teases the arrival of new judge Simon Cowell, who will co-judge alongside returning cast members Heidi Klum, Howie Mandel, and Mel B.

The promo features Simon in self-restraints and a face mask a la Hannibal Lecter in Silence of the Lambs. The new season of America’s Got Talent premieres on May 31st at 8 p.m. ET/PT.
