The Blue web TV series starring Julia Stiles, Uriah Shelton, and Eric Stoltz was a three season short-form drama that originally ran on the WIGS channel on YouTube. LMN (Lifetime Movie Network) is airing it in one two-hour block, as Blue: A Secret Life. The story features Stiles as a single mother, who keeps her job as an escort secret from her friends and family, including her teenaged son.

LMN DEBUTS DRAMA SERIES “BLUE: A SECRET LIFE,” STARRING JULIA STILES ON JULY 8
LMN turns up the heat this July with the premiere of the award-winning drama Blue: A Secret Life starring Julia Stiles (Jason Bourne) as a single mother trying to keep her life as an escort hidden from all around her, including her teenage son. Blue: A Secret Life will air as a two-hour block in its entirety on Friday July 8, at 10pm ET/PT.
Blue (Stiles) does her best to make ends meet for her and her 13-year-old son Josh, (Uriah Shelton, The Glades), working at an office during the day, while moonlighting as call girl at night. Blue’s secret life threatens to be revealed when a new client turns out to have ties to her childhood.
The series also stars Golden Globe, Emmy and SAG nominee Sarah Paulson (American Horror Story), Golden Globe nominee Eric Stoltz (Madam Secretary), SAG Award winner and Oscar and Golden Globe nominee Kathleen Quinlan (Apollo 13), SAG nominee James Morrison (24) and Carla Gallo (Neighbors).
Blue: A Secret Life is produced by Indigenous Media. Executive producers are Jon Avnet (Black Swan), Rodrigo Garcia (In Treatment) and Jake Avnet (Sickhouse). The series was written and directed by Garcia and co-written by Karen Graci (In Treatment).
Blue: A Secret Life was originally commissioned in the US as “Blue,” a three-season, short-form series for online channel WIGS. The series has won a number of awards including “Best Female Performance in a Drama” and “Best Directing (Drama)” at the 2014 International Academy of Web Television Awards.

I am not much of a t.v. watcher, but I do like Julia Stiles, so I decided to check it out, I was hooked instantlly!! Julia IS Blue! She is so darn talented!! I want more! more! more!!

I accidentally came upon this show, it’s terrific. My daughter is a single parent with a 12 year old and this show is so close to the relationship she and my grandson have. We both just love it and waited for it every Friday night. PLEASE BRING IT BACK.
