M.I.A. will not be returning for a second season. Peacock has canceled the crime drama after just one season. Created by Bill Dubuque, the series premiered in May.

Shannon Gisela, Cary Elwes, Danay Garcia, Brittany Adebumola, Dylan Jackson, Alberto Guerra, Maurice Compte, Gerardo Celasco, and Marta Milans star in the series, which follows a young woman who finds herself caught up in Miami’s criminal underground.

According to Deadline, no reason for the M.I.A.’s cancellation was given.
