It was an okay start for Ashley Judd and company. Former occupant Wipeout had been attracting a 1.5 in the demo and it’s of course important to remember that the debut was opposite American Idol. In the fall, Charlie’s Angels also debuted in the 8pm timeslot with a 2.1 in the demo and was cancelled not too long afterward because the numbers dwindled downward. Will the same happen to Missing? Stay tuned.
Note: These ratings are collected by the Nielsen company and are the final national numbers. These are different from the fast affiliate numbers which are just estimates of the actual ratings and are reported on by most other outlets. The final nationals are typically released within 24 hours of the programming or, in the case of weekends and holidays, a couple days later.

Bring “Missing” with Ashley Judd back. I can’ believe you’ve canceled this series. Why does ABC go for the lowest common denominator with the shows it continues. Give something that’s creative and different a chance to catch on.
Bring “Missing” back!! Put it in a different time slot if you have to or give it over to another network. I love this show, there is too much crap on TV and I really enjoyed this show, very disappointed it is cancelled. Bring it back!!
