FX is not on the fence about Mr. Inbetween. The network just announced they’ve renewed the TV show for the 2020-21 season.
The half-hour drama stars Scott Ryan as Ray Shoesmith, a father, ex-husband, boyfriend and best friend who happens to be a hitman. The FX series also stars Damon Herriman, Justin Rosniak, Brooke Satchwell, Jackson Tozer, Nicholas Cassim, Chika Yasumura, Edmund Lembke-Hogan, and Matt Nable.
Season two of Mr. Inbetween averaged a .12 rating in the 18-49 demo and 409,000 viewers. Compared to season one, that’s a 28% drop in the ratings and a 14% drop in viewership.
Season three of Mr. Inbetween is slated to debut on FX during the 2020-21 season.

A searing split from mundane viewer expectations. The series smashes many myths of “civilized” modern society. Considering the type of murder we witness on the news it’s not hard to endear a man who kills people for a living. This series propels us to a place we seldom get to go. A dark place that strips revenge killing of it’s sense of wrong. Ray is a bit of all who accept the transforming power of basic instinct. I am so glad to see Mr.Inbetween coming back. I love Ray and his family. Sorry his brother died last year. It’s a great show, Ray does his jobs without guilt. Love him

Love the way Ray finds himself caught in the middle of other people’s problems then makes it right. Absolutely the best good bad guy. Looking forward to every show.
I’ve been looking and waiting for Mr. Inbetween since last yr! It’s a great show,has had my interest and binge watching it from season 1.episode 1. (I’ve re-watched both seasons 1 and 2 waiting for season 3. THANK YOU FX and you vulture guy watching out for us who know when a good show must go on. 🙂
