It looks like things are stabilizing. Week three garnered a 0.9 demo rating once again with 1.98 million viewers. It’s still one of the higher averaging shows on the network but that’s not saying much.

The second episode attracted a 0.9 in the 18-49 demo with 1.94 million viewers. That’s a loss of 25% in the demo and 31% in total viewership. This is not a good sign for the show’s future at all.

Episode 01-01: Tuesday, 9/13/11
The TV series debuted to a 1.2 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 2.84 million viewers. While Ringer showed significant growth out of its 90210 lead-in, it didn’t do much better than Hellcats did a year earlier. The quarter hour breakdown of the numbers show little erosion, meaning that most people kept watching Ringer until the episode was over.
Note: These ratings are collected by the Nielsen company and are the final national numbers. These are different from the fast affiliate numbers which are just estimates of the actual ratings and are reported on by most other outlets. The final nationals are typically released within 24 hours of the programming or, in the case of weekends and holidays, a couple days later.

Best new show this fall. And I am in my 60s!
Best show ever please renew it!
Please Renewed!!! Do not cancelled…this is the best show this fall:))
I hope It gets a 2nd season
I am not sure whats going on here but last I heard Ringer was already given a green light for 22 Episodes for Season One. Am I missing something here because I check Sarah Michelle’s IMDB for news daily as well as Ringers Twitter account. Is this page in hopes for a full 2nd Season? Til then there are 14more episodes 🙂
Larry Tolman » What don’t you get? “Here are the TV show’s ratings for the 2011-12 season, the best way to tell if Ringer is going to be cancelled or renewed for season two.”
LOVE it, not sure its really on the right station as Im a early 30- something demographic and its currently my favorite show. Keeps getting better and better, but please dont leave us with a buncha loose ends…
Please renew it! I love Ringer. Sarah Michelle Gellar rocks!
Great cliff-hanging fun! It moves along at such a blistering pace, doling out twists and revelations in huge proportions, that its flaws (like the infamous boat scene in the pilot) become campy virtues. It reminds me of those first six dizzying episodes of “24” (before it turned somewhat unsavory). I hope it catches on and gets picked up for 2012-13.
I LOVE the new show Ringer. I think Sarah Michelle Gellar is great in it. I hope they do not cancel the show.
i enjoyed the show
Renew please!!
I love ringer so much! Please renew it!
I love Ringer, to me it should be renewed for a full 22 episodes
I love Ringer, I think what hurt it was the bad special effects with the boat sceen, could they not use a real lake and boat, I think that would of HELP it a bunch!! But each eppisode gets better! I think they need to keep it dark drama and pair it with Nikita not 90210! We all just need to remember its not suppose to be like Buffy! I hope it stays on the air!! I think most of the watchers are all over 30 “not all” but most and both of those shows would attrack that age group.… Read more »
I love this show and I love Sarah Michelle Gellar. Not everything needs to be fast-paced action and always loud and heavy on the drama. The show is subtle and could use some improvements, but it has a plot that keeps thickening and drawing audiences in!
I don’t want a cancellation!!! I WANT A RENEWAL TO KEEP SEEING SMG : )
