ABC and the Mark Gordon Company are developing a “terrorism crime drama.” Michael Finch is set as writer. Jeffrey Nachmanoff, co-creator of CBS‘s cancelled Hostages, will direct the pilot. Former New York Police Commissioner, Ray Kelly, is the inspiration for the project and will be among the producers.
From Variety:
The project is loosely inspired by the achievements and expertise of Ray Kelly, the longest serving Police Commissioner in New York City’s history. It follows two Joint Terrorism Task Force Agents, a FBI Special Agent and a NYPD detective, both very different people with secrets who are thrown together to solve the terror crime of the century before it happens. Their target is a man who knows everything about terror because he was designed to sow it. Two of these people know each other intimately — but not the ones you think, or in the way you think.
Kelly, who served nearly 50 years in the NYPD, was an instrumental architect of the city’s Joint Terrorism Task Force. He will serve as a producer on the ABC show.

What do you think? Are you interested in the premise of this new ABC terrorism drama? Do you think you’ll check it out?
Sounds great-I have always liked everything with which he is involed. My favorite is Criminal Minds. Best of luck-I will be waiting and watching! Still a mistake to drop Hostages.
