Code Black takes place in an Emergency Room in Los Angeles where underfunding and understaffing pile huge pressures on its staff. The cast includes Marcia Gay Harden, Raza Jaffrey, Bonnie Somerville, Melanie Chandra, William Allen Young, Harry Ford, Benjamin Hollingsworth, and Luis Guzman.
The ratings are typically the best indication of a show’s likelihood of staying on the air. The higher the ratings (particularly the 18-49 demo), the better the chances for survival. I can’t wait for Code Black to hit Aussie tv screens. I have kept constant survey of this CBS newby, and I have a hunch this will be the quiet achieving breakout hit of the 2015/16 season. CBS, please give this gem a second season.
Renew code black one of the best shows
My wife and I love this show. It started out a little too fast paced for my liking but now they have the right pace. Please give it a chance. Last night episode had high demo stats.Code Black has great characters and good story lines. I vote to RENEW!

You CANNOT cancel Code Black! It has everything I love in a show; it’s funny, serious, AND emotional! This show can really make you think about life, depending on the episode. I always stay up to watch it, and I’m always counting down the days till it airs again for that one night!
How can you even think of cancelling this show, the stories are riveting and move you to tears, at times this show is edge of your seat intense and emotional roller coaster every week. Please don’t cancel this show my wife and I stay up late every week just to watch it.
I LOVE Code Black please please please don’t cancel it. I hate it that it’s not on right now. I literally looked forward to the show every week. His is one of the strongest medical shows that has been on for some time. It was absolutely riveting and emotional every single week without fail. I was never disappointed. Please continue this show!!!!
This by far is better than Grey’s Anatomy. All that show is about is who was and is sleeping with who. Code Black has real stories that move you. I think I have cried or teared up at every episode so far. It is my favorite show. Please CBS DO NOT CANCEL IT!!!
I am not one to weigh in but I would be truly disappointed if Black Code did not continue. Each episode has moved me and I find the main actresses and actors believable. It is definitely in my top three shows, if not the top. Please continue with this program.
