Code Black finished it second season last month, but CBS has still not announced if it will return for another season or not. What do you think? Would you watch a third season of the TV series?
A medical drama, Code Black takes place in a Los Angeles ER plagued by a staggering influx of patients that often outweighs the limited resources available to the devoted doctors and nurses who work there. The cast includes Marcia Gay Harden, Rob Lowe, Benjamin Hollingsworth, Harry Ford, Luis Guzman, Melanie Chandra, William Allen Young, Boris Kodjoe, and Jillian Murray.
Despite the addition of Rob Lowe to the cast, season two of Code Black dipped in the ratings. The season averaged a 0.97 rating in the 18-49 demo and only 5.984 million viewers, placing it in the bottom half of CBS‘ 2016-2017 series. For comparison, season one averaged a 1.27 rating in the 18-49 demo and 7.11 million viewers.

Everyone in this house would be upset if Code Black was cancelled. Please keep this show on the air. When you changed the time I am sure it had a negative effect on the ratings.
I LOVE CODE BLACK, such a good show. Please, please, please renew it for Season 3.

I am having a hard time waiting for this show to come back on. It definitely grabbed my attention from the beginning. I WANT IT BACK. Tell CBS that!
YES, my husband and I would definitely watch many, many more episodes. It shows that doctors and nurses work hard and have definite feelings and attachments to their patients. It’s a great show. I’m so thankful that it isn’t a cop show, not that I have anything against them. Just too many on TV. Looking forward to Season 3 – 4 – 5, etc.
Yes!!! Yess!! A thousand yes-es – CODE BLACK absolutely rocks! My wife and I love to binge watch the show sometimes..and VERY FEW shows fall into the “binge watch” category. Please renew it!!
