Sprout is going to Toyland. Deadline reports the NBCUniversal preschool channel has picked up the DreamWorks Animation series Noddy Toyland Detective.
The CG-animated series is based on the character created by children’s book author Enid Blyton and was originally produced for the French TV network France 5.
Noddy Toyland Detective follows Noddy and his friends “as they embark on interactive adventures to solve mysteries in the colorful world of Toyland.”
From Sprout executive Amy Friedman:
Sprout couldn’t be prouder to be the exclusive U.S. home for Noddy Toyland Detective. DreamWorks has delivered not only a fresh, modern world, but also a role model for our viewers.”
What do you think? Are you familiar with the Noddy character? Will you let your kids watch Noddy Toyland Detective?
I like this show I wish it came back
I love this show! It seems it has ended and our daughter is so sad. Please bring it back for. Third season!
Both my boys love it… we’ve watched both seasons multiple times… wish they’d make another season.
