Code Black finished it second season last month, but CBS has still not announced if it will return for another season or not. What do you think? Would you watch a third season of the TV series?
A medical drama, Code Black takes place in a Los Angeles ER plagued by a staggering influx of patients that often outweighs the limited resources available to the devoted doctors and nurses who work there. The cast includes Marcia Gay Harden, Rob Lowe, Benjamin Hollingsworth, Harry Ford, Luis Guzman, Melanie Chandra, William Allen Young, Boris Kodjoe, and Jillian Murray.
Despite the addition of Rob Lowe to the cast, season two of Code Black dipped in the ratings. The season averaged a 0.97 rating in the 18-49 demo and only 5.984 million viewers, placing it in the bottom half of CBS‘ 2016-2017 series. For comparison, season one averaged a 1.27 rating in the 18-49 demo and 7.11 million viewers.

I really enjoy the show. I would hate to see it canceled. The cast is wonderful.
Hope the series Code Black, returns for a third season! Would be very disappointed if it did not. Those stations gets us going with their different series, and then decide to cancel and move on to another one. Well, sorry,, WE ARE NOT PUPPETS!

I have been waiting for the new season. I love this show. Code Black, Chicago Pd,Med, are the only programs on tv worth watching. I’m sick of sex, sexual remarks, and foul language, and realities. Tv stinks. Please. Don’t take this good show off!
The ratings are low due to the fact it runs at the same time as Chicago PD. Run it in the same time slot against boring shows. Avoid time slots such as Chicago Fire/PD/Med, Law & Order SVU, Criminal Minds. These are shows your target audience loves. You’re cutting down the target audience competing against successful shows that are set in concrete. I love watching Code Black and I tune into it when it’s on.
