The CW is starting over on Monday nights. They’ve cancelled both Star-Crossed and The Tomorrow People after one season apiece.
On The Tomorrow People, a teenager (Robbie Amell) discovers that he has paranormal abilities. He also learns that others like him have gone into hiding because they’re being hunted by a paramilitary group of scientists known as Ultra. The rest of the cast includes Luke Mitchell, Peyton List, Aaron Yoo, Mark Pellegrino, and Madeleine Mantock.
The drama debuted back in October and aired on Wednesday nights, paired with the network’s popular Arrow series. It performed well in the beginning but the ratings fell over the course of the season, dropping as low as a 0.4 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 1.24 million viewers.
The series moved to Monday nights and lost even more viewers. In last April, The Tomorrow People hit a series low, drawing just 760,000 viewers.
The season (now series) finale, which aired this week, left plenty of story opportunities for a second season but it won’t be happening.

I am a little more than upset they are not doing a second season of the tomorrow people it is a fantastic show and they cannot just leave everyone hanging like they did!!! They need to make a second season!
why did they cancel the show? classic move by the cw, create a show and cancel it in the first season. They are seriously kidding us…
Here’s a good idea. Why don’t they make season two, season three, season four, season five, season six, season seven, season eight, season nine and season ten into mini seasons with 10 episodes each? The Tomorrow People should be revived by either Netflix or CBS or SciFi or MTV.

Seriously this show was cancelled what bull, I could watch this all day.
You should bring it back , can’t cancel it for having low viewers , some people actually like watching the tomorrow people so yes I think you should bring it back .

That was very heartbreaking to me and the million fans
The tomorrow people was very interesting show with lots of cool effects and a good story line. But there were way too many secrets and things hidden throughout the season. The season finale was amazing though with the introduction of rewinding time and Cara and Stephen getting back together. I do not like what they have done with John though. His memory being wiped with regaining his powers was not necessary. I do think the show should have a sevond season especially because i want to see what happens with Stephen and Cara. I’m sure the people in charge had their reasons for canceling the tomorrow people but it was not faur to just cancel it. I was so looking forward to the second season.
One of the best shows Ever i dont even know why you guys took it off air, & if you took it offf air shouldve been a Netflix series show Just like OITNB . Im pretty sure thats where most of watched it at i know i have, moral of the story is this show is one of the best shows, & i could go on & on & On!! about why, thats a different day lol But no Seriou.sly thho
this show is really good they should consider making a season 2 when I watched it it was a great show and would be way better if there’s a second part to this so I hope someone makes season 2

I just finished watching season 1 of The Tomorrow People on Netflix……and I can’t believe there is only one season! What the @#@%!!!!!! I really got invested in the characters! Is there any hope of a revival?

I enjoyed the show. If it had to be canceled then I think SciFi network should pick it up.
