Will ABC’s new 666 Park Avenue TV series land big ratings or will it be cancelled — like last season’s retro-airline show, Pan Am? Perhaps a moderate success instead?
666 Park Avenue follows a young couple who move to New York and end up becoming the managers of the prestigious Drake residential hotel. It seems like everything is going their way but even good luck can come with a price. The cast of this new ABC drama includes Rachael Taylor, Dave Annable, Terry O’Quinn, Vanessa Williams, Robert Buckley, Mercedes Masöhn, Helena Mattsson, Samantha Logan, and Erik Palladino.
The show airs on Sunday nights at 10pm, running opposite The Mentalist on CBS and Sunday Night Football on NBC.

This is an awesome series – should not be canceled
I really like this show. I haven’t been hooked on a network show since the first season of CSI Miami. Just not my thing. So I’m really hoping that this can stay on. Unfortunately The Mentalist and of course Football are very high rating. Maybe if it gets cancelled, a great placement for it would be on FX after American Horror Story. I think they would go good together.
Because of all of the ‘hype’ I tuned in but I wasn’t at all impressed with this show. I struggled to stay interested. I have no clue whether it’ll be a success or not but I wont be back next week….
Well any religious opinions aside the show is simply too predictable to enjoy. As I stated on GetGlue:
“I can see where they were trying to go with this show making it all eerie and scary in the promotional adverts but the actual show felt a bit too slap-stick to be anything real scary. Not to mention the more than obvious points where your “supposed” to be scared. I felt that so many times in this episode it should have been more than apparent that odd things are going on and show be considered more than an issue to forget. Perhaps with time it will get better but without Revenge leading it in I doubt it would stand on it’s own two feet.”
