There’s no worry that the Bones TV show will be cancelled this time around since it’s already been announced that season 12 is the end of the FOX series. Will the ratings see a resurgence or, will they fall even lower? Will the execs regret they didn’t cancel the series last year or, will the ratings be so high that they’ll be ready to bring Bones back for season 13? Stay tuned.
Bones revolves around a married couple who use their skills as an FBI agent (David Boreanaz) and a forensic anthropologist (Emily Deschanel) to solve difficult cases. The FOX show’s regular cast also includes Michaela Conlin, Tamara Taylor, TJ Thyne, and John Boyd. Recurring cast members in season 12 include Eric Millegan, Eddie McClintock, Stephen Fry, Ryan O’Neal, Sara Rue, and Sunnie Pelant.
The ratings are typically the best indication of a show’s likelihood of staying on the air. The higher the ratings (particularly the 18-49 demo), the better the chances for survival. This chart will be updated as new ratings data becomes available — usually the next day, around 11:30am EST/8:30am PST. Refresh to see the latest.
2/15 update: You can see the rest of the latest night’s ratings.

For comparisons: The 11th season of the Bones TV show averaged a 0.99 rating in the 18-49 demographic with 4.87 million total viewers (live + same day ratings).
Note: These are the Live + Same Day Ratings which include “live” viewing plus delayed DVR viewing, up until 3am local time that same night. Ratings marked with an “*” are the fast affiliate ratings and will be updated with the Live+SD numbers when they are made available. Typically, networks get paid for C+3 ratings which includes DVR viewing within three days of the original airing when commercials are watched. Those numbers are rarely released to the press.
