Legends TV show on TNT: latest ratingsTNT has had some mixed success launching new dramas this summer. The Last Ship has been a ratings success while Murder in the First just did okay. How will Legends do? Will it be a hit and be renewed for a second season, or will it be cancelled instead? Stay tuned.

Based on the award-winning book by spy novelist Robert Littell, Legends follows Martin Odum (Sean Bean), an undercover agent who can transform himself into a different person for each case. A mysterious stranger causes him to start questioning his sanity. Others in the cast are Ali Larter, Morris Chestnut, Amber Valletta, Mason Cook, Tina Majorino, Rob Mayes, and Steve Harris.

Final season averages: 0.3 rating in the 18-49 demographic with 1.53 million total viewers.

There are so few programs left with a new plot and every episode which can be predicted. Sean Bean is so versatile and such a talent. Seems like a requisite that if there is any mental acumen needed, it is cancelled. Note to advertisers: We are the ones with the disposable income.

I’m glad they’re renewing Legends. Really good solid show. I watched Dallas too and was disappointed that it was cancelled. I think Legends has more staying power and hope that the viewership picks up for next season. Sean Bean is an amazing actor and I think he works well with Ali Larter.

One of the best series we’ve seen fir a long while. Sean Bean and the rest of the cast are excellent. Keep it going – Craig and Jan Smith, England
