Under the Dome: Season Two Ratings

Under the Dome TV show on CBS: season two ratingsLast summer, Under the Dome was a big success for CBS. How will season two do in the ratings? Will this Stephen King TV show be renewed for a third season or will it be cancelled instead? Time will tell.

Under the Dome revolves around residents of Chester’s Mill in Maine after a large transparent dome cuts them off from the world. Those on the inside have to work to survive with limited resources and rising tension. The large cast includes Mike Vogel, Rachelle Lefevre, Natalie Martinez, Britt Robertson, Alexander Koch, Nicholas Strong, Colin Ford, Mackenzie Lintz, Jolene Purdy, Aisha Hinds, Dean Norris, Eddie Cahill, and Karla Crome.

The ratings are typically the best indication of a show’s likelihood of staying on the air. The higher the ratings (particularly the 18-49 demo), the better the chances for survival. This chart will be updated as new ratings data becomes available — typically around 11:30am EST/8:30am PST. Refresh to see the latest.

I’m with the majority here…I love the show! If you absolutely must cancel it, please give us some sort of resolution with it…give us at least a partial season. Don’t drop it and leave us hanging like this! This is a rare animal…Speilberg and Stephen King, working together…Let it run it’s course.

This is in my top 10 worst shows of the decade. Horrible acting and writing. Its bad when the most believable thing in the series is that a magic dome swallows a city.

You’re in the minority with disliking the show, and if you didn’t like it, why did you keep watching? Go watch some reality tv, that’s so believable!

YES INDEED, renew the show so we can see what happens from the cliffhanger. If no one is holding a gun to your head, you can change channels you know. It’s really easy.
