What do you think? Would you have watched these episodes of Angel from Hell? How do you think this sitcom should have ended? Was Amy a real angel or just crazy?
My wife and I really liked this show and were very disappointed when it was cancelled.
Shame on you CBS for not giving this show a chance!
Yeah, it was nice to have a show that just made me laugh. No zombie, no crime, no crass language, and all the characters are great. So sad to see it gone already.
I want to see it back, my whole family was disappointed when it suddenly wasn’t and no explanation.
Jane lynch was the only reason I gave the show a chance. The title was stupid , but the show was great. Just pure comedy that you can laugh at and enjoy. Not enough of that” just for fun ” entertainment on TV anymore.
Sorry you’ve cancelled the show
So sorry that the series was cancelled – it was a fresh idea and the characters were compelling. I was looking forward to making it a part of my regular viewing habits. Now I’ll have to search other stations to fill the gap.
I don’t thing Angel from Hell was the best title for the show, some might have ignored it thinking it would be yet another demonic zombie evil program. I didn’t even know it existed til I heard it promoted on xfinity on demand, this week, and then I watched all five episodes in one evening. I was really disappointed when I heard it was cancelled , and for more of the lamest show EVER 2 broke girls. I hope they’ll consider a title change and or just bring it back to finish out the season. Just the first five episodes… Read more »
This is ridiculous. The only show where crime and myrderers and rapists are not on. Or disgusting annoying voices like two broke girls and mike and Molly. So pissed off can’t even watch tv anymore. **** you CBS
I really got into the show, I agree with the comment on two broke girls, why do they insist on them. Give Angel from hell a chance it just may surprise you .
Of course I would have watched it. Love the actors and fantasy situations. Nobody was violent or hateful. That is becoming fantasy you know!!!
I think the title is misleading and off putting. As much as I’d like to Jane Lynch the title sounds like it was going to be a religious show. I wasn’t going to watch. Then I saw one episode and I was hooked. She plays a perfect part and I thought it was hilarious. I’m so shocked that you’re not going forward when I don’t think it was the shows fault. Change the title and tried again
I don’t know what’s going on over at CBS. About fifteen years ago, They really stepped up their game. With fresh new sitcoms, they managed to unseat NBC and their “Must See TV” as the king of Thursday nights. Then they expanded and almost had enough solid shows to fill the Monday night schedule. “Almost” being the operative word here. It seemed like there was always a void to fill, so they would take a solid ratings performer like The Big Bang Theory and bounce it around between Monday and Thursday with reruns just to fill the gaps. This created… Read more »
You nailed it!! That’s exactly what they did to Mike & Molly and Rules of Engagement. Both pretty good in ratings, and fairly consistent, yet they dropped promotion, and constantly shuffled around. Yet they kept relying on those when new shows failed (and yet they insist on keeping 2 Broke Girls…why??).
I also agree about Supergirl, good fit for the CW or MTV, but CBS? Not so much.
I like Angel from HELL. A comedy that was cute and funny. We are too serious these days. I am a real FBI and syfy lover. This was a comedy I appreciated. Why was it canceled?
Don’t care about the show, but you should get use to disappointment with tv/movies..I do. I’m disappointed every time I turn the TV on.
Why not get rid of tv?
