Fans of Jan Brady will be excited. Actress Eve Plumb recently sat down with Hallmark Channel’s Home & Family to discuss The Brady Bunch reunions and her upcoming role in FOX’s Grease: Live.
Plumb played Jan, the middle Brady sister, on the ABC series from 1969 to 1974.
In the interview, Plumb said The Brady Bunch cast “always check in with each other” when it comes to reunions and appearances. Plumb then went on to discuss her role as shop teacher Mrs. Murdock in Grease: Live:
We’ve already been rehearsing for six weeks. But each step of the process brings a whole new information into it. And we’re starting camera blocking tomorrow. … We are using two sound stages and exteriors, and we actually have golf carts to move us from place to place during the show.”
Plumb said the pressure will be intense for the live production. They have a cast of over 30 people and several quick changes. Previously, Plumb played Sandy in a 1980s production of Grease.
Grease: Live is set to air on FOX on January 31st.
