New Original Primetime Series Debuts Sunday, August 14 on Hallmark Channel
Please be advised that Hallmark Channel’s newest original primetime series ‘CHESAPEAKE SHORES’ will premiere on Sunday, August 14 (9pm ET/PT, 8C). Based on the novels of the same name by New York Times bestselling author Sherryl Woods, the series stars Jesse Metcalfe (“Dallas“), Meghan Ory (“Once Upon A Time“), Golden Globe(R) nominee Treat Williams (“Everwood,” “Hair”) and Academy Award(R) nominee Diane Ladd (“Wild At Heart”).
The multi-generational family drama follows Abby O’Brien (Ory), a high-powered career woman, divorcee and mother to twin daughters, who makes a trip from New York City to her hometown of Chesapeake Shores. Her visit home brings Abby face to face with her past, including her high school sweetheart Trace (Metcalfe), her uncompromising father Mick (Williams) and her esteemed grandmother Nell (Ladd). Abby realizes the toll her career has taken on her ability to be a hands-on mother to her daughters, and considers a permanent move to Chesapeake Shores.

my husband and I absolutely love the show. I can’t believe it’s been cancelled. husband keeps asking me when is it coming back on when. Is it coming back on. Now I have. to tell him never. Hallmark bad choice to drop this one.

I absolutely loved the new series Chesapeake Shores, all the characters, the sense of a strong family, with the realistic mixtures of drama each one faces. Family comes first.

I loved every single 9 sets of show, beautiful , positive, good lesson to younger generetion, very classic and ellegant , nice attitude vs of problems. Actually thought me to talk to my hubby more nicer with lower voice , i learned from abby had react with her exhusband had many mistakes.
