NBC has had a lot of success with Dick Wolf’s Chicago franchise these past few years. But what about the newest spin-off, Chicago Justice? Are you watching the TV series? Should it be cancelled or renewed? If renewed, would you watch season two?
The legal drama centers on Peter Stone (Philip Winchester), the dogged Deputy Chief of the Special Prosecutions Bureau, and follows the other prosecutors and investigators who make up the State’s Attorney’s team. The cast also includes Carl Weathers, Monica Barbaro, Joelle Carter, and Jon Seda.
Ratings haven’t been terrible for Chicago Justice, but they haven’t been great either. Overall, season one earned an average rating of 1.13 in the 18-49 demo and 6.20 million viewers. The numbers are decent for NBC, but they do make Chicago Justice the lowest-rated series in the Chicago franchise.
Still, chances are NBC will renew the show because the Chicago shows are successful as a whole brand.

My husband enjoying Chicago Justice every week. It is better each week. We look forward to season 2.
It’s just OK. I watch it intermittently. Don’t care one way or the other if it’s renewed or not!

Absolutely want a second season
Never miss any of the Chicago shows. He could spin off one for every day of the week if they could all match the quality of the four now on the air.
I can’t wait to see what Chicago Justice does in Season 2. I love all the crossovers. If I had to pick one of the Chicago franchise shows to be at the bottom of my list it would be Chicago PD. I just can’t get into that one. Maybe it is because they made Voit the main guy. Did not like his character while on Chicago Fire.

seeing each in the other storyline just like real life.
They should have Chicago Justice lead off Thursday night and get rid of Stupid Store.
