Code Black finished it second season last month, but CBS has still not announced if it will return for another season or not. What do you think? Would you watch a third season of the TV series?
A medical drama, Code Black takes place in a Los Angeles ER plagued by a staggering influx of patients that often outweighs the limited resources available to the devoted doctors and nurses who work there. The cast includes Marcia Gay Harden, Rob Lowe, Benjamin Hollingsworth, Harry Ford, Luis Guzman, Melanie Chandra, William Allen Young, Boris Kodjoe, and Jillian Murray.
Despite the addition of Rob Lowe to the cast, season two of Code Black dipped in the ratings. The season averaged a 0.97 rating in the 18-49 demo and only 5.984 million viewers, placing it in the bottom half of CBS‘ 2016-2017 series. For comparison, season one averaged a 1.27 rating in the 18-49 demo and 7.11 million viewers.

Definitely! One of the better medical dramas in a long time.
I really enjoy this show. There is a depth in the characters that you don’t find in most other shows, and the intelligent scripting is a refreshing break from “the usual” storyline of most medical shows. PLEASE don’t pull the show!

Definitely!! I got hooked onto the first season and finished it after one weekend. Started watching season2 and stayed up till 4 am to watch till the end.please don’t cancel!

Please give Code Black a Season Three; Its an amazing show w/such a wonderful cast – I just love the story lines so much and Rob Lowe’s character is a fantastic addition. Please give it another season. WE LOVE IT !
