The Bowmaan family is hanging it up. USA Network has cancelled the Colony TV show after three seasons. Fans have suspected a cancellation was on the way, because this year, the series does not have an official presence at San Diego Comic-Con, which is currently underway. Reportedly, episode 3.13, “What Goes Around Comes Around,” which airs Wednesday, July 25th at 10:00pm ET/PT, will serve as the Colony TV series finale.
A USA Network sci-fi drama from Carlton Cuse and Ryan J. Condal, Colony stars Josh Holloway, Sarah Wayne Callies, Tory Kittles, Peter Jacobson, and Alex Neustaedter. The story unfolds in the near-future, in a world where citizens are under military occupation, as a part of a larger extraterrestrial invasion. Former FBI agent Will Bowman (Holloway) and wife Katie (Callies) struggle to reunite and rebuild their family as they fight to uncover the truth behind the occupation.
Colony: A Look at the Ratings
Leading up to the season three finale, the third season of Colony is averaging a 0.17 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 672,000 viewers. Compared to season two, that’s down by 36% and 18%, respectively. Check out how Colony stacks up against other USA Network TV shows.

This was the show we waited all week to see. We really hope season four happens. There are so many unanswered questions. Fans, like us, would really love to see how it all ends. Maybe try re-running the show during the off season and give people a chance to find this hidden gem. We just can’t believe this show isn’t a huge hit. Shocked and saddened it is being cancelled. Please don’t cancel the show without giving fans a descent ending to a great storyline. Thank you for your time.
Please don’t cancel the colony. The show is engaging, suspenseful and very entertaining. We just got to see the hosts and now their enemies, don’t leave us hanging!

Colony is fantastic bring it back – My family my 4 kids age 13 to 20 and my husband watch it as a family affair. Also know 5 other families just in my neighborhood that are hooked on it.

Don’t cancel The Colony. There are a lot of us that love scifi. I love the way the Bowman family stick together thru all things thrown at them. That’s the way family should act

What a gyp its a show about an alien invasion that’s been going on for 3 seasons leading up to the attack , then when the actual invasion begins they cancel the show. Theres another alien in this show and its the alienation of its fans by the producers.
I love this show so much, please reconsider. We need to see it through to the end. Brilliant show.

Everyone feels the same. we all have spent the last 3 seasons (3years) watching this show and have the right to know what happens in the end. Was it all for nothing…It’s sad and upsetting. This is the reason why I will not watch anymore new shows on USA. It’s a waste of time. It was bad enough we had to wait so long for 3 seasons of Colony and they already cancelled Damnation after 1 season. Fans need a fourth season to wrap it up. We have all faithfully stuck thru to find out it ends with Will turning himself in and Katie’s unknown fate. Season four could give us closer,PLEASE RECONSIDER.
