How tightly does the Bowman family stick together during the third season of the Colony TV show on USA Network? As we all know, the Nielsen ratings typically play a big role in determining whether a TV show like Colony is cancelled or renewed for season four. Unfortunately, most of us do not live in Nielsen households. Because many viewers feel frustration when their viewing habits and opinions aren’t considered, we’d like to offer you the chance to rate all of the Colony season three episodes. **Status update below.
A USA science-fiction drama, Colony stars Josh Holloway, Sarah Wayne Callies, Tory Kittles, Peter Jacobson, and Alex Neustaedter. The story unfolds in the near-future, in a world where citizens are under military occupation by the Colony Transitional Authority, as part of a larger extraterrestrial invasion. Former FBI agent Will Bowman (Holloway) and wife Katie (Callies) were raising their daughter and two sons in Los Angeles, but were separated from the younger boy during the invasion and pulled out all the stops to get him back. The third season kicks off six months after the season two finale, with Will and Katie rebuilding their family in the world beyond the walls. They soon begin a journey during which they’ll uncover the truth behind the occupation. Once again, this family will find themselves having to choose sides.

This show is incredibly well-written, acted and directed. It is one of the BEST shows on television in the format of thriller/drama/action now. I hoped it would survive until we learned what the story is/was. I am shocked the ratings are so low–this show needs another 1-2 seasons to finish up telling the story at least….Please renew it! 🙂
Colony is one of those shows that keeps the viewer coming back every week just to see what happens to certain characters, Ex: Broussard ex-mil left in the LA BLOC after the total rendition of the Colony (in the 2nd season) or Snyder the bad/good guy of the show, then you have the Bowman family in the middle of the whole alien invasion of the HOSTS/RAPS. In my opinion, it’s the best show on TV today. It has to be renewed for as many season as needed to get the full story. So, please renew NOW.
You are living in Fantasyland. Episode 11 just did a 0.13. There are 2 episodes left, and the show will not finish with a live viewing average over a 0.20 after doing a 0.26 last season. The live ratings keep dropping. It will take a miracle for it to be renewed. Head for your favorite place of worship. Enjoy what will probably be the last 2 episodes. I love this show, but I live in the real world when it comes to looking at its chances of coming back.
I really enjoy the show Colony. Eric Brussard is my favorite character overall, but I do like them all. One thing I have consistently noticed is the lack of Asian-Americans. I think it’s great how African-Americans, and occasionally an Hispanic character will have a good part, but NO Asian-Americans. The Pacific Northwest has a large Asian population, so it seems a little bit glaring in my opinion. Love Colony. It is my favorite show on tv. I really hope they don’t cancel it as it’s an exciting and suspenseful show. I can’t wait from week to week to see what is going to happen.
My Favorite TV Show watch each episode several times and really want to see a season 4. I’d like to see how it unfolds with the aliens arrival. Probably the Best SciFi on TV now…

This is the only show on USA I enjoy, unlike Mr. Robot, which lost me after the 1st season.
Completely agree with this! I watched season 1 of Mr Robot, then lost interest. This show, Colony, is the best on USA and one of the top airing now, period.
I´ve been waiting for season three for almost a year, and finally it is here. Why on earth are they just showing one episode and then we have to wait until end of May for the second episode??? What is that about??
It’s really hard for me to find shows I like or that my husband and I can watch together (in this day and age) and Colony is one of them. No offense to any other shows. There are some I still love… “ The Walking Dead” (#1 for our family) “This is Us” “Grey’s Anatomy” “The fosters” and a few more but I like shows that teach me things or are meaningful and that are some what thrilling or have some substance to them.
