The smallest of the five networks has announced the series finale date for One Tree Hill, the premiere of new drama L.A. Complex, and the season finales of Ringer, The Vampire Diaries, The Secret Circle, Gossip Girl, Hart of Dixie, 90210, Nikita, Supernatural, and America’s Next Top Model.
Though The CW supposedly hasn’t decided yet, at least a couple of those shows will be cancelled in May and those season finales will also end up being their series finales. The CW has only confirmed that America’s Next Top Model will return.

“THE L.A. COMPLEX” MAKES ITS DEBUT ON TUESDAY, APRIL 24
February 29, 2012 (Burbank, CA) – The CW today announced the dates for the midseason premiere of its new drama THE L.A. COMPLEX as well as the finales for the remainder of the season, including ONE TREE HILL, which will conclude its nine-year run in a special, two-hour series finale Wednesday, April 4, 8:00-10:00 p.m. The finale will include interviews with the show’s stars as they look back at the series’ most memorable moments and share their favorite “OTH” memories.
The CW presents the U.S. television premiere of sexy, six-part Canadian drama THE L.A. COMPLEX, Tuesday, April 24, 9:00-10:00 p.m. THE L.A. COMPLEX is a dramatic look into the lives of six young performers striving for stardom in Hollywood. Living in an apartment-style motel for displaced dreamers, each having been dubbed “most likely to succeed” in their hometowns, they now face the challenges and opportunities of a lifetime in the City of Angels.
RINGER (9:00-10:00 p.m.) will continue its freshman run without repeats, airing all original episodes straight through to its season finale Tuesday, April 17.
THE VAMPIRE DIARIES (8:00-9:00 p.m.) and THE SECRET CIRCLE (9:00-10:00 p.m.) conclude their season runs on Thursday, May 10.
On Monday, May 14, GOSSIP GIRL (8:00-9:00 p.m.) and HART OF DIXIE (9:00-10:00 p.m.) will air their season finales, and the following night features the season finale of 90210 (8:00-9:00 p.m.) on Tuesday, May 15.
NIKITA (8:00-9:00 p.m.) and SUPERNATURAL (9:00-10:00 p.m.) finish their seasons on Friday, May 18.
Cycle 18 of AMERICA’S NEXT TOP MODEL: BRITISH INVASION (9:00-10:00 p.m.) concludes Wednesday, May 30.

I have not watched the CW regularly in years. That being said, this year I have tuned in to every single episode of Secret Circle, Heart of Dixie, and Ringer. If these shows go off the air for any reason, it just means that once again the network will be basically forgotten in this household. They are some of the best shows airing this tv season, and there is absolutely no reason to cancel them, unless actually getting people to watch the network for the first time since CW took over the network channel is a reason that is. I really hope “Hart of Dixie” comes back for a second season- it’s such a cute show!! I like that it’s so different for the other CW shows and Rachel Bilson is so adorable!
I am from Canada and they already aired all 6 episodes. I like the show, but it does not hit you like a bullet. I liked it a lot, but as there are a lot of characters, it is the kind of show that you will have to invest in.
BTW: It is not a reality show. It is a light drama scripted show.
I am going to watch LA Complex it seems really interesting and I have a friend from canada that says that dont let the promo fool you and that you have to really get into past the first episode and it gets really good so i am going to watch it every weekend
Didn’t Hulu do a show like LA Complex? I bet LA Complex will bring in huge ratings like ReModeled. The CW is where reality TV goes to die.

The L.A. Complex isn’t the kind of show I normally watch, but Jewel Staite is in it, so I’m sooo there.
I hope they bring Ringer back for another season! I’m hooked on that show
