Season Four Ratings

I binged watched all four seasons in a month! For me at first, it was watching all about the start and growth of the personal computer. By season four I realized how much more it was with the personal growth of the characters. I cried when Gordon died and many more tears followed until the final scene! I have an idea! How about a season 5!
I did the same – watched it all in 3 weeks and couldn’t stop crying all the way to the last episode. This show teaches us all so much. Don’t pursue work to the exclusion of everything else – enjoy the work, the family and the time. So many of us have made the mistake. We all have to get back to being more carefree and living the moment. Failure is fine, just crack on and do something else….
We are just discovering this outstanding series. Everyone we recommend it to is hooked. Keep on going!

I’m in withdrawal, I’m gonna miss watching halt and catch fire. Such an entertaining series. LOVE IT!!!
It is a great show but honestly I’m not surprised they’re cancelling it, it really has run its course. I mean they came so far with it, and overcame so much this way it gets to go out on the right note, and if they really want to they can relaunch it down the line with the same cast years later with tech progressing they way it has. However if they kept going with it the only thing it would do is drive the ratings into the ground.
Not true it’s kind of like American horror story how it’s a different storyline every season and look how that took off
i i cant believe they wont be make a fifth season shame really it was a really good tv show and could have carried on for a good few more seasons and still been great ,, i agree fully with tims comment , that you dont have to fully understand the nerdy side of what the show was about but it was interesting to see just how these big companys got to where they are today and the people at the centre of it who created it . AMC is definitely canceling a great show. Halt and Catch Fire is an amazing show and as a viewer from day on I can see why it may not be making it to a fifth season but I believe it should. The show is based off a nerdy topic just about anyone can get into. If you sit down in front of your television and watch this show from the beginning you will be pleasantly surprised. I am sad to see the show go but I am also happy we are getting a fourth and final season.
Please keep this show going. It was great. Love the characters. Joe finally reached his calling. The girls seem to be moving towards a new adventure as friends. I miss Gordon but his girls are just starting their lives. Lots of material here. No boundaries in the tech world. On to bigger things.
