Now that Riggs is gone, will some of the audience of this FOX series depart with him? As we all know, the Nielsen ratings typically play a big role in determining whether a TV show like Lethal Weapon is cancelled or renewed for season four. Unfortunately, most of us do not live in Nielsen households. Because many viewers feel frustrated that their viewing habits and opinions aren’t considered, we’d like to offer you the chance to rate all the season three episodes of Lethal Weapon here. **Status update below.
An action-comedy-drama, Lethal Weapon stars Damon Wayans, Seann William Scott, Kevin Rahm, Johnathan Fernandez, Michelle Mitchenor, Keesha Sharp, Dante Brown, and Chandler Kinney. The series follows Detective Roger Murtaugh (Wayans), his LAPD colleagues, and his family at home. After a tragedy, Murtaugh is partnered with Detective Wesley Cole (Scott), a former CIA operative who’s been everywhere and seen everything. How long will it take him to adjust to Los Angeles?

I, as well as my LARGE FAMILY and MANY FRIENDS are not watching Season 3 of Lethal Weapon. The excitement and over the top very unique humor is no longer there. Congratulations, you’ve got yourself another typical old cop show. A dime a dozen. No thank you. I have better things to do with my time in far better TV shows to watch
Your first sentence goes for my situation also. Of course it’s just another cop show, they killed the character the show was named for. Riggs was THE LETHAL WEAPON. Now it doesn’t even make sense. Id rather read a book.
Lethal Weapon – Loved Riggs, wish he was still in the show. I didn’t like the first new show this season but hoping it will get better.
It won’t. Now DW is quitting in Dec to try to out run the backlash, when the show gets cancelled and it will, that it was all his fault. They need to rename it bc THE LETHAL WEAPON was Riggs, so now it doesn’t make sense. It’s just another buddy cop show.
Will not be watching without Clayne. Not a very good decision to have him killed

Will not watch LETHAL WEAPON without Clayne Crawford as Riggs. Clayne was Lethal Weapon. And he was brilliant.

Watched last night and no matter how hard they try lethal weapon isn’t the same and I don’t plan to watch again

Lethal Weapon definitely missing the explosive charisma of Clayne Crawford! Sorry a thumbs down, after watching last nights show! Fox should have kept the Star of the show Clayne Crawford! I will be switching to FBI heard from friends its great!!
Fox has their heads up their bottoms. Ruined a great show just to try to keep 1 Diva happy, and he’s not even that good an actor. Glad to know you’re leaving too. More ratings drop, YEA!!! ENJOY FBI.
I have to say i was very impressed by Lethal Weapon’s Season Three Premiere. One hundred percent Kudos to the new guy. It is so hard to replace a main character in a show Seann William Scott did an excellent job holding his own and excelling just when I was about to give the show up I am interested again.
Although I do agree with you about SWS, he’s a good actor. But he’s no CC. And the main point is the name of the show is The Lethal Weapon. How can that be when Riggs WAS THE LETHAL WEAPON. The title no longer makes sense. They should rename it Murtaugh and Buddy Cop Show. I’m sure that would finally placate DW and maybe he’d stop being such a hateful, spiteful, lying, mediocre actor. Actually, there’s probably nothing to fix that last one.
Lethal Weapon season 3 should be canceled. Bad acting. Seann William Scott was trying to act just like Clyde Crawford. You cannot kill off the main star of a TV series and then still called the movie Lethal Weapon. Martin Riggs is the lethal weapon so removing him from the show was stupid. If you were going to get rid of anybody should have killed off Damon Wayans character or recasted him.

I know it’s been said but at the end of the day the Show is called Lethal Weapon which is based off a character Martian Riggs. You might be able to produce an entertaining show but that people can enjoy but it stopped being Lethal Weapon when you killed off The Lethal Weapon. If you killed off Batman and left Robin would you still have a show called Batman ? You would of been better off just recasting his character hen eliminating it.
I agree with you partly. About it not being Lethal Weapon if you kill the character it was named for. Also like your Batman and Robin comparison. Where we disagree is the wrong actor got fired. Just bc his family is talented, doesn’t mean DW should be allowed to get away with the way he acted. He messed with a great actors career, a good man’s name, etc. with his PROVEN lies, jealousy bc of CC’s growing popularity which was passing his. You are Correct without him there really is no show they really should have thought about what they did… Riggs was the show… Saw it tonight the acting sucked and so did they all… Riggs was it and made the show…No one can replace him…
I assume you meant without Clayne. It’s not even Lethal Weapon anymore bc they fired CC and killed off Riggs who was the character the show was named for. Riggs was THE LETHAL WEAPON. So you’re right it’s going to suck. I stopped watching st the end of S2.
