A Little Life is coming to life on TV. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Scott Rudin is adapting the book into a limited series.

By Hanya Yanagihara, the novel follows four college friends post-graduation as they struggle with their careers, depression, drug addiction, and relationships. The book was a finalist for the 2015 National Book Awards.

Scott Rudin and theater director Joe Mantello are developing the TV series.
