Are you a fan of Outsiders? WGN America just cancelled the TV series after two seasons. What do you think? Do you think it should have been renewed? Would you watch a third season on another channel?
Airing on Tuesday nights, the Outsiders drama follows the Farrell clan, a tight-knit family who reside in the rugged hills of Appalachia and come into conflict with the surrounding population. The cast includes David Morse, Thomas M. Wright, Ryan Hurst, Joe Anderson, Gillian Alexy, Kyle Gallner, Christina Jackson, Francie Swift, and Phyllis Somerville.
Ratings have never been great for Outsiders, but it’s been one of the highest-rated original scripted shows on WGN America. Currently, season two is averaging a 0.21 rating in the 18-49 demo and 780,000 viewers — down by 26% in the demo when compared to the first season. Now, it seems that the upcoming season two finale, scheduled for April 25th, will also serve as the series finale.
Or, will it? Sony Pictures Television is reportedly shopping a third season of Outsiders to other outlets. The show’s ratings wouldn’t seem to be a strong selling point but, these days, you never know.

I am so upset you canceled it please bring back the Outsiders this is my favorite show and I know a lot of my family and friends love this show to I look forward to season three I can’t get enough of this Tv show so come on bring it back

I would love to at least have a mini series on a network to wrap on the drama. Esp after purchasing 2 seasons!!!!

I would definitely watch it.. no matter what channel it resides on .. it was a real good series. Since the cancellation .. I’ve yet to find anything worth watching . Outsiders ruled the network.. bring it back. Please

Outsiders was an EXCELLENT show and I’ve been patiently waiting for it to come back on!! This is EXACTLY the thing that really peeves me!! This show is what brought me BACK to WGN after they cancelled Salem!!! Netflix should pick this up AND bring in s Season 3! So hot hearing it’s been cancelled!! >:(
I’d like to see a third season of Outsiders. Great show and I’d like to see what happens with these characters.
I’d like to see Netflix pick it up.it was a great series that i watched religiously.WGN was never a great place for such a good show to begin with and that show was what was getting people to pay attention to them at all.it needs to be picked up by a streaming service or network that allows the writers and cast more freedom to tell the story.
