Sorry Reckless fans, there won’t be a second season of the steamy summer legal drama. CBS has cancelled the series after one season of 13 episodes.
Reckless revolves around a beautiful litigator from the north and a charming southern attorney who must hide their intense mutual attraction as a police sex scandal erupts in Charleston, South Carolina. The TV show’s cast includes Cam Gigandet, Anna Wood, Shawn Hatosy, Georgina Haig, Adam Rodríguez, Michael Gladis, Kim Wayans, and Gregory Harrison.
The series debuted in late June to just a 0.7 rating in the 18-49 demographic with 3.99 million total viewers. The numbers didn’t get much better over the course of the season and ended up averaging just a 0.6 demo rating with 3.91 million viewers. The network burned off the final episodes on a Saturday night.

Cancelled! Seriously?! I was so hoping for a second season… Even if it was just to tie up loose ends!!! This was a good show with a very sexy cast! Why would you not keep it on air!!! I watched the whole season on Netflix and would watch it again in a heartbeat!
I absolutely loved the first season. I came across it on Netflix and I watched the whole season in 48 hours. The show has drama and romance. The next season is no longer coming out and I am very disappointed. My biggest curiosity was the connection between Jamie and Roy. There were not enough heated scenes between those two and would like for the second season to show their romance evolving. Even if the show wasn’t aired on tv, make it a Netflix show! I beg!
Spent all day watching the first series with my friend till we found out in the last episode of season 1 that it was the last. WORST MISTAKE AND SHOULD DEFINITELY RECONSIDER PUTTING THE REST OF THE SERIES BACK ON NETFIX!!!! PLEASE
Please bring it back!! I just watched it on Netflix and it is amazing and I really want to know what happens with Roy and Jamie and Bax after being shot!! It was a big mistake canceling the second season
Found this show on Netflix. Finished season 1 in a two days! So devastated to find out that there won’t be a Season 2. Loved the show, please bring it back CBS!!!

This was a good show. The leads had undeniable chemistry. Acting was solid. Had a lot of potential, in my opinion. Which of course makes it doomed to fail while everyone flocks to their TVs to watch cartoon characters grab their crotches. Figures.
We watched on Netflix and LOVED everything about. Who is the DUMBO cancelled the series.
I Loooved Loooved Reckless! I got my sister to watch it when she got back from Afghanastan & she Loooved it too! After watching each episode she would say “what!” & start watching the next episode but kept saying after this episode we’ll go to bed. We stayed up til 4:00am & watched the entire season 1. I even Loooved it better after watching it again. I can’t believe they would cancel Reckless to keep some of these reality shows that are stupid & make no sense.
