What do you think? Do you plan to watch the final episodes? Will you be sorry to see this show end?
The Colbert Report will be missed. Can’t wait for Stephen Colbert when he takes over Late Show after David Letterman bids farewell on May 20th.
For sure I will, I have been recording the shows for years and eagerly watching them the next day. At first he really bugged me but once I ‘got’ the show’s (um, I want to say ‘rapier wit’ but that sounds more assaultingly criminal in this day and age than when rapiers were swords and not a comparison of a sexually violent perverts’ humour ) corrosive and spot-on uncovering of our founding fathers’ (and mother’s) nakedness – now I adore the show.
Will be looking forward to seeing him in his next incarnation.
Of course I will be watching, he’s the best thing on TV!
