The CW is starting over on Monday nights. They’ve cancelled both Star-Crossed and The Tomorrow People after one season apiece.
On The Tomorrow People, a teenager (Robbie Amell) discovers that he has paranormal abilities. He also learns that others like him have gone into hiding because they’re being hunted by a paramilitary group of scientists known as Ultra. The rest of the cast includes Luke Mitchell, Peyton List, Aaron Yoo, Mark Pellegrino, and Madeleine Mantock.
The drama debuted back in October and aired on Wednesday nights, paired with the network’s popular Arrow series. It performed well in the beginning but the ratings fell over the course of the season, dropping as low as a 0.4 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 1.24 million viewers.
The series moved to Monday nights and lost even more viewers. In last April, The Tomorrow People hit a series low, drawing just 760,000 viewers.
The season (now series) finale, which aired this week, left plenty of story opportunities for a second season but it won’t be happening.

Wow I just finish the last episode of The Tomorrow People and now i want to the ending its sad. I was really looking for a good ending too…. I got so many question now but the answer.
Awesome show! I didn’t know about this show until 2 days ago and watch the entire season on Netflix. I was hoping there will be a season 2. Please renew for a season 2.

That show was great. I watched the entire season on netflix, I would love for it to be second season. My husband and I were glued to the tv, and then just left wondering, what is going to happen, how did John lose his whole memory, will they be able to recruit Cara, what is steven going to do, and will he and john battle………….i want to know!!!!!!!!!!
I watch almost all of my shows on Netflix. Is anyone taking ratings from that? I absolutely loved The Tomorrow People & I’m very sad to find out it has been canceled. Please bring it back CW!!!

The Tomorrow People is a really good series I just can’t believe that they would cancel it. I am truly disappointed. With the Tomorrow People it was totally just left off in a total cliff hanger which is totally uncalled for. I want it back!
That’s complete crap!! I just got done watching the tomorrow people on Netflix and finished the whole season in two days. Would’ve been one day had I not needed to go to work. Stupid bills. Anyway; I was looking to see when the second season was going to start so I could watch. This show must be brought back!!! Don’t end it like that!! The CW had the same problem with Smallville, and after enough complaints, they were smart enough to bring it back for four more seasons.

we need the show back,it suck without it just finished watching the first season on Netflix. we really need to get the tomorrow people back.
Sometimes you have to give a series longer than just one season for people to find it. People are creatures of habit. I didn’t even know about the series until I saw it on Netflix. They really should give it a season 2 but maybe try it during the summer months.

This is ridiculous! I have been waiting patiently for 3 months for my shows star-crossed and the tomorrow people and they just cancel it?! I liked them shows and I want them back now!! Until I get them back, I guess ill just make due with my other shows the vampire diaries and reign. It still sucks though, I want them back!!
