Megyn Kelly is already shaking things up at NBC. According to Broadcasting & Cable, the journalist’s new daytime show may replace the third hour of the The Today Show.
Earlier, we reported Kelly was leaving FOX News and her show The Kelly File for NBC. There, she’ll host a daytime program, a Sunday evening newsmagazine, and contribute to NBC News.
While there are currently few details about Kelly’s upcoming NBC projects, B&C reports her daytime show could replace The Today Show’s 9 a.m hour. The third hour has been problematic for the network since Billy Bush was made host and subsequently fired in October. NBC News has declined to comment on the matter, but a network source has said everything with Kelly is still “up in the air.”
Kelly’s last episode of The Kelly File will air this Friday, January 6th on FOX News.

I do not like Megyn’s persona, her style of interviewing, her rush-to-end her guest’s conversation. We do not need another talk show host; she is far from a Barbara Walters, Diane Sawyer, Oprah Winfrey, etc. several female hosts who are excellent. I miss the third Today Shows segment hosted by Sheinelle, Jenna Hager, Al Roker, and their daily guest who joins them. Please bring them back!!

No wouldn’t watch her at all barely watch other talk shows or news shows but will give up NBC that’s for sure and will tell everyone else

Megyn is a loser..Your ratings with her will go down just as her FOX show. She showed her true colors during the election. She is not objective and a biased reporter..
I guess Spirit must be the few people that watch MSNBC. ;>) FN avgs. over 3mil., 5mil. if it’s Bill O. That said, Good Luck in to MK going to a liberal station. She should have gone to CNN that not as bad. Don’t know if it will work but might check it out to see what she will be doing. In reverse remember Katie C. Going from a lite host in the AM to hard hitting ing the PM-didn’t work as she got less ratings than her predisessor.
NBC has lost all credibility when they bring her on there. Faux Noise never had any to begin with. Why is FN even still on?
NO, I am not a fan of Megyn Kelly’s, and I wouldn’t watch her anymore than I watched on the FOX Channel!!! I think she is an attention getting News *****!!! She has all that Money NOW, but you her own Channel/Network like OPRAH did (OWN)!!!

Really? Sounds like a money losing proposition. I’m sure NBC will make a ton more money in advertising from the Today Show than they will from an hour with Megyn Kelly. Why would NBC want to lose money?
