Zero Hour: Cancelled ABC Show Still Airing — Just Not Here

Zero Hour cancelled episodesThough ABC has cancelled and pulled Zero Hour off the schedule, it looks like viewers north of the border will get a chance to see the remaining episodes.

GlobalTV, which airs the Anthony Edwards show in Canada, still has Zero Hour on their schedule, at least for the next two weeks. The broadcaster runs Zero Hour at 8pm on Thursdays, just like ABC did.

Global makes aired episodes available online but are only available to those with Canada IP addresses.

There’s still no word on when or if ABC will get around to airing the remaining 10 episodes of Zero Hour. A summer run is a possibility but the show’s ratings were so poor that the network could likely garner better ratings from reruns.

On the positive side, ABC hasn’t removed the show from their website so there’s a chance the episodes could also be released there.

What do you think? Do you think Zero Hour will continue airing in Canada? Do you think ABC will air them eventually?

UPDATE: GlobalTV has now pulled Zero Hour as well. Both ABC and GlobalTV only aired three episodes.

We do not get regular television so watch HULU. We just watched the conclusion of Zero Hour and it was awesome. I would of changed a few things but the ending was left so it could be continued for another season.

A lot of my friends and my family really enjoy Zero Hour, and I hope that ABC keeps it on or renews it. The show is a refreshing change from so many reality shows that have inundated the screen.

It’s been long since I have seen a series, like The Following, that made want to watch it. Like Cult that was cancelled, the elements for a good series are over looked. And now with Zero hour too. Why waste the actors time? And why waste the viewers time when a show is good and just pull the plug. Really I hope the last episodes are aired. This show is really good.

Typical Corporate stupidity..This is one of the most intriguing and thought provoking shows I have ever watched and I’ve been watching TV for 59 years. Advertising is what runs the stations but sadly no one at the corporate level knows how to advertize a show, for if they did, then this show would be No. 1 right now. As a Canadian I can see it on global and I pray I can get to see all 13 episodes. This is an example of why the so called good old boy media giants are dwindling in size and soon to be non-existent.

It would have helped if they would hsve marketed the show. I saw the first trailer days before it aired. Gd shame they suck people in, and wont at least put it on line. No wonder why fx is ten times the station.

Zero Hour is like “The Da Vinci Code” on steroids, thoroughly intriguing, totally interesting with a great storyline. Why ABC pulled it after just 3 episodes is beyond me, it has the potential to be a hit given the right timeslot and promotion. I was rivetted to my seat watching it. More twists and turns than a tornado in Ohio.

Can’t believe they cancelled this show…I loved it and so did everyone I talked to about it….it was interesting and so different….very disappointed in the decision …sure hope they put it on in the summer or the SciFy channel but a real waste if they don’t let the viewers who loved it watch it

This has a fascinating story line. I was hooked right at the 1st episode. ABC should have given it a chance. We don’t get many programs this great and then after only 3 episodes they decide it isn’t worth airing… shame on ABC. Perhaps it could be picked up by Syfy and have better ratings. I’d love to see it keep going.

Very disappointed in ABC. Zero Hour has all the potential to be like cable’s big hit “The Following”. ABC’s execs are quitters. Why not see it through to the end? If they can’t “spare” air time for the remaining episodes, maybe they could at least spare some web space to let us see the remaining episodes.
