Is Frasier coming back after all? Deadline reports there are six ideas in consideration for a revival of the NBC TV show.
A spinoff of Cheers, the hit sitcom followed Dr. Frasier Crane (Kelsey Grammer) as he settles in his hometown of Seattle with his father and younger brother, Niles (David Hyde Pierce). The cast also included Jane Leeves, Peri Gilpin, John Mahoney, Moose, Enzo the Dog, Dan Butler, Tom McGowan, and Edward Hibbert. The series ran on NBC for 11 seasons before ending in 2004.
During a recent television appearance, Grammer revealed there are currently six ideas for a Frasier revival series. He further spilled the beans, saying the sequel series will see the title character in a new city leading a new life:
That little folder is filled with six different ideas that are all in contention for what may be the new Frasier. A continuation of Frasier. They’re similar, it’s a new life, in a new city.”

I would absolutely watch a revival of Frasier. Was one of the funniest light-hearted TV programs ever aired. Loved it and watched the reruns hope they bring it back.

Absolutely! I own the box set and know it by heart. It’s so quick witted and isn’t dumbed down. There isn’t much out there that would be considered as clever. Others are always slapstick or quirky, never sarcastic and clever as was Frasier. I hope you can pull it off! Good Luck! Hope to be viewing!!!
NOOOOOOOOOOOOO. One of my all time favorite shows and without the same writers, I doubt if the show would be any good. A la Murphy Brown which was a complete dud. Have my doubts even if the writers returned. We don’t need another reboot.

I know Fraiser is better than 96.5 percent of television shows now on. Bring it back.
