The final season of Goliath will have two more series regulars. J.K. Simmons and Bruce Dern have joined the cast of the series, which stars Billy Bob Thornton. Nina Arianda, Tania Raymonde, Diana Hopper, Ana de la Reguera, and Julie Brister also star on the series.
Season four of the Prime Video series features Thornton’s character taking on a case that involves a “global crisis.”
Deadline revealed the following about the roles Simmons and Dern will play on the series:
“Simmons plays George Zax, head of a family-owned and operated pharmaceutical company, one of the nation’s biggest. Dern will portray Frank Zax, George’s brother and the scientific genius and ostracized black sheep of the Zax family.”
A premiere date for the final season of Goliath has not yet been set.

I love this show I wish it was not ending, Last season was so twisted in dark I couldn’t wait to see the next episode unfortunately binging on the show would’ve cost me my job LOL

Yes, YES, YES, YES….I LOVE GOLIATH. I WATCH ALL THE SEASONS, OVER AND OVER AGAIN. BILLY BOB… GIVES ME CHILLS, THRILLS, INSANE HAPPINESS! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? LOVE GOLIATH.
While season one was a triumph – one of the best Original series from Amazon, Netflix, Hulu, etc., S2 felt sadly disappointing in its wake. Thankfully, S3 saw an improvement over it. Hopefully, with the addition of prestigious new cast members; Simmons and Dern, we’ll see, along with the writing which initially drove Goliath, a return to what made it an excellent series.

Season wasn’t as bad as season 2. I thought season one was one of the best shows, definitely the best released by Amazon. The supporting cast was great and the show was very well written. Season was absolutely ridiculous. With as brutal as the cartel was in season 2 they just disappeared in season 3 and put the mayor in a position where she could have snitched to save her skin or political career . Season 2 and 3 were just bad.
I don’t want this show to end. It’s so good.
Season 1 is my favorite so far. I’m about halfway through season 3.
Billy Bob is one of my favorite actors and I am saddened to hear this series is ending.

Love it, Billy Bob is great in whatever he does. Rest of cast make you feel like you have known them forever.
OMG!!!!! I have always loved Billy Bor Thornton but never as much as in Goliath. He is so good I can’t understand why he hasn’t won award after award. I am extremely sad the show is not being renewed – boo hoo hoo!!!!!
