Grimm has returned with its fifth season to NBC, and season five is a complete reboot of the series. The cast is the same, but the series is heading into fresh territory this season.
With Juliette and Nick’s mother dead, Nick, who is played David Giuntoli, will change drastically. Giuntoli is ready for the change though, and he is ready to continue playing Nick for season six and beyond – if NBC keeps the series on the air.
Giuntoli spoke about the series with Zap2it. He said:
“I’ll take as many seasons as I can handle. This show has been my thirties. I was 29 when I booked this show, and I’ve learned so much.”
Fans should be prepared for another big change this season. Another major character will die this season, and Giuntoli teased that no one is safe. He said the series is ready to start “shaking things up” this season. The series has already started to do that with Juliette’s death. Nick is now selling his house, and Adalind has moved in with him to raise their baby.

Love this show! A step off reality fun to watch for folks who are into goth. Love the fact that the show hasn’t gotten too crazy w the story line. Like some CW shows. Glad the show hasn’t gone all zombies too. A refreshing original.
Series usually don’t last more than 7 yrs w/o getting old but I could handle this one for a few more years. Possibly spawn some new spin offs would b great. This is the only show I watch religiously. Keep them coming.
I am a 73 year old lady and I love Grimm! I hate to see it come to an end.

This show was so good I just couldn’t stop watching it. I really hope their will be many more seasons to come because I absolutely love this show.
