It was an okay start for Ashley Judd and company. Former occupant Wipeout had been attracting a 1.5 in the demo and it’s of course important to remember that the debut was opposite American Idol. In the fall, Charlie’s Angels also debuted in the 8pm timeslot with a 2.1 in the demo and was cancelled not too long afterward because the numbers dwindled downward. Will the same happen to Missing? Stay tuned.
Note: These ratings are collected by the Nielsen company and are the final national numbers. These are different from the fast affiliate numbers which are just estimates of the actual ratings and are reported on by most other outlets. The final nationals are typically released within 24 hours of the programming or, in the case of weekends and holidays, a couple days later.
What do you think? Do you like the Missing TV series? Do you think it should be cancelled or be renewed for a second season?

Well, the story line is unique, acting is great, so yes I guess that is why they will cancel it. Want us to watch some other sucky show. Put it in another time slot. I won’t be watching Anmerican idol either
Love Missing. One of the best shows on, right now. Please don’t cancel.
Missing is an awesome show. I can’t believe they would even consider canceling it already. Do these execs have any clue anymore? Where do these execs come from and how do they get to where they are, considering they make the lamest decisions when deciphering what to keep and what to cancel.
what a great show! such a shame to cancel it, too much reality tv!!!!!!!!!
I Love this show!! Cannot believe it is being cancelled. BRING “MISSING” back!!!
Love love love this show. Acting is awesome. Scenery is outstanding. Storyline is original. Please do not cancel this series.
I love this show! Please keep the show its my favorite.
I cannot believe Missing has been cancelled! The story line is ORIGINAL; the writing
pretty good and, of course Ashley is the best! Why is it that the good shows are cancelled and the idiotic ones stay. Why do you always judge by the 18-34 group? Heck the scenery alone is well worth viewing the show! I am so upset and disappointed that such a good show has been terminated.
My family loves this show! Cannot believe it would be cancelled. Think story line, acting is excellent. Please everyone write in to keep this show on the air!
Just proves again, that good TV shows get cut,so sick of getting a great show and then to watch someone decide to cut it. Maybe it was on too early but I taped it and also watched it, loved this show. wish ABC would listen to the people and renew this great show, Missing.
I wish they did not cancel this show. I make time every week to watch this show. When it is on everything and everyone is tuned out. Ashley Judd plays Becca so well. I can’t believe the ratings are so low. Do they ever stop to consider for the people who can’t watch it at 8 p.m. might be recording it in their dvr to watch it later. I think they need to start going off of that some how if that is possible. This is one show I do not record on my dvr because I rather watch it… Read more »
Please renew Missing I love this show!!! It nice to actually see a show on TV that isn’t a reality show with an actual plot and great actors. I think you are making a mistake!!
I just love Missing. Filled with action and good story line. I hope it is getting renewed for a second season. It is one of my top 3 TV shows which are Revenge, Missing and Vampire Diaries. Please renew!!
My husband and I are so GLUED to ABC every Thursday to watch MISSING that I cannot even fathom the thought of it being cancelled.
In the dawn of reality TV, this has been such a welcomed surprise, first of all, Ashley is amazing and the fact that it keeps you on your toes from second to second, guessing what will happen next..Hope this show is not cancelled, we will be devastated, as we sit with anticipation for the season finale, we certainly hope its not the series finale.
please renew missing, it’s one the only shows on tv that really keep coming back week after week to see what happens. Great writting, acting, fun!
