It was an okay start for Ashley Judd and company. Former occupant Wipeout had been attracting a 1.5 in the demo and it’s of course important to remember that the debut was opposite American Idol. In the fall, Charlie’s Angels also debuted in the 8pm timeslot with a 2.1 in the demo and was cancelled not too long afterward because the numbers dwindled downward. Will the same happen to Missing? Stay tuned.
Note: These ratings are collected by the Nielsen company and are the final national numbers. These are different from the fast affiliate numbers which are just estimates of the actual ratings and are reported on by most other outlets. The final nationals are typically released within 24 hours of the programming or, in the case of weekends and holidays, a couple days later.
What do you think? Do you like the Missing TV series? Do you think it should be cancelled or be renewed for a second season?

This is the best show on T.V. I can’t believe it was cancelled. It was such an exciting show to watch and the acting was great. It needs to come back in a different time slot.
It’s a good show and we enjoyed it. Try moving it to Saturday. Don’t let it end with the cliffhanger. We got to know what happens next.
Missing is a total ‘Hit’. Once in a blue moon, an excellent show comes about. This is one of those shows that captivates you and keeps the suspense going wanting to see what will happen on the next episode.
I respectfuly say…who are the morans that you listen to for ratings? who are these people? I am one to click my remote practically thru every cahnnel and say: there’s nothing on.
Finaly we get a great show and ABC cancells it. Go figure.
Get your ‘you know what’ out of your ‘you know what’ and bring back this series.
****, how come they gives us such a great show and then cuts us dry. I really love watching it. Can you people please put it Back and cut any other show except this one! Thank you
I liked the show. The different international cities made the show appealing and interesting. Ashley Judd was compelling. Reconsider! With all the other shows that are awful it surprises me that this one was cancelled. ABC….big mistake!
KEEP MISSING ON THE AIR. I’M MISSING IT ALREADY
The best part of Tuesday night was watching Missing. This was a GREAT show with a stellar cast. Please bring it back for a second season
Please don’t cancel this show!!!! This is a great show!!
So sorry to hear this show has been cancelled. My husband and I thought it was one of the best new shows. The finale was really a cliffhanger…now we won’t be able to see what happens to Becca. This show shuld have been given a chance and moved to a better time slot as well. Would be ideal for USA or TNT to pick-up. Fingers crossed!
Seems any show with a bit of class always get’s the ax
DO NOT CANCEL MISSING. FAITFUL VIEWER. CLIFFHANGER. A SEASON TWO WOULD KEEP YOU ON THE EDGE OF YOUR SEAT.
I really missed something as edgy and wild as the “24” ride was with Kiefer Sutherland, season after season. Ashley Judd played this part very well and I hope no final decision has been made. I think it should be pushed back an hour, due to the graphic nature of this show. The scenery is amazing and I love the fact that the producers brought in European actors to play Europeans. That is a nice touch. If ABC doesn’t have the stones to renew this series, I suggest it be shopped to FOX. They have always pushed the envelope farther… Read more »
Please reconsider! This is the best new show since the first episode of 24!!!! Please let us know what happens to Becca!!
Keep Missing on! My husband & I dvr it & its our Friday date nite…….;(
