Once again, NBC is launching a new TV show in the timeslot following The Voice. While the ratings are always very positive in the beginning, the numbers frequently plunge once the series is moved to another night. Some of these shows have been renewed, some have been cancelled. Will Timeless see a second season? Stay tuned.
An action-adventure series, Timeless begins as a mysterious criminal (Goran Visnjic) steals a secret state-of-the-art time machine, intent on destroying America by changing the past. The country’s only hope is an unexpected team of a history professor (Abigail Spencer), a soldier (Matt Lanter), and a scientist (Malcolm Barrett) as they embark on the adventure of a lifetime to stop the villain. The rest of the cast includes Paterson Joseph, Sakina Jaffrey and Claudia Doumit.
The ratings are typically the best indication of a show’s likelihood of staying on the air. The higher the ratings (particularly the 18-49 demo), the better the chances for survival. Need a season 2
I am sick and tired of good shows getting cancelled. You know there are international fans that watch the shows from 3rd party sites because they are not available in our countries any other way and we can’t help with the ratings. This is just frustrating. Give is season 2! The possibilities are endless! #GreeceForTimeless
I watch this show in the UK along with many of my friends and family who absolutely love it. Unfortunately we do have to watch it through 3rd party sites so cannot add to the ratings and that’s so annoying! Really hope it gets renewed, I love the history lesson every week and it’s great for us Brits to discover American history in more detail. American TV companies have already given the UK the dreaded Kardashians, now make it up to us and do the sensible thing and give us a season two of Timeless!
I just discovered the show. I have been catching up on demand. I like the very much. Like the history and the characters. I really hope it has a second season.

I enjoyed it a lot at first but honestly, now the Rittenhouse stuff is just annoying. Every episode Wyatt or Lucy whine about their lost family, someone threatens another if they don’t do something sneaky and against their team member, blah, blah, blah. I enjoy the historical aspects but I think this story would have been better as a one season mini-series.
I absolutely LOVE this show, TIMELESS. It is one of my can’t miss shows. The chemistry between the characters is great. Please give this show a chance. Seems like all the good shows get cut short. There are alot of people older than 49 that watch tv. In fact, 18-49 have alot more going on with college, jobs, raising kids, that probably do not have as much time to watch tv. I am 57 and dvr this show, so that i don’t miss a single episode. And i actually save them so i can rewatch them. Please keep TIMELESS on… Read more »

Timeless is a WONDERFUL show. The acting and writing are superb. Please, please, don’t cancel this show! There are a lot of shows on television which are boring, or simply not fit to watch. Please don’t take Timeless away from us.
My husband and I love this show. We watch on our DVR. Please keep it going. It’s a wonderful unique show with a great diversity in the plot lines. I love the history and costumes. I vote for at least 5 more years.
