It was announced that season five will be the end of the Awkward TV show so there’s no chance that the series will be cancelled this time around. There has been talk that there could be a sixth season however but the ratings would have to be very good for that to happen. Will there be a sixth season or will season five truly be the end? On this season of Awkward Jenna (Ashley Rickards) and her friends’ experience at Palos Hills High is almost over. Everyone’s already gotten into college and there’s the sense that anything can happen. The rest of the cast includes Beau Mirchoff, Nikki DeLoach, Jillian Rose Reed, Brett Davern, Molly Tarlov, and Desi Lydic.
The ratings are typically the best indication of a show’s chances of staying on the air. The higher the ratings, the better the chances for survival. This chart will be updated as new ratings data becomes available.
