Can the sons of J.R. and Bobby Ewing attract big ratings like their daddies once did with the original Dallas? On the new TNT series, there’s certainly more family fighting at SouthFork than ever before. The cast includes Josh Henderson, Jesse Metcalfe, Jordana Brewster, Julie Gonzalo, Brenda Strong, Larry Hagman, Linda Gray, and Patrick Duffy.
The TV show ratings are the best way to tell if Dallas will be cancelled or renewed for a second season. The first season of TNT’s Dallas airs Wednesday nights. There are 10 episodes.
These figures will be updated as the weeks progress so be sure to bookmark and return to this page:

The TV series may have debuted on the 13th but it certainly wasn’t an unlucky day for the cast and crew of Dallas. It was the most-watched TV show in its timeslot on both broadcast and cable. It had the best demo number at 9pm and, at 10pm, was tied for first place in the demo with a CSI rerun on CBS — the original Dallas’ network.
Cable ratings are typically released within a day or so of the show’s airing, except for in the case of weekends and holidays. They are sometimes harder to come by so there may be occasional delays or gaps.
What do you think? Do you like the new Dallas TV series? Do you think that it should be cancelled or renewed for season two?

I watch it at 8, and again at 11pm. I love it, and everyone I know does too. I hope it stays on as long at the first Dallas. In fact, I wish the old series would come back on. I loved watching them.
Love it! Keep them coming….
I love it, I watched the orignial and the new is almost better. So Sad Larry (JR) isgone, but I have a feeling that he will still be in the show spiritually. I wish that Chris was more convincing than he is. I think Elena could be wrote off the show and not missed she is very boring. I love the show and I hope it is on for along time. I know that I look forward to it very week. I have never really been a TNT watcher but now I watch Dallas and Monday Mornings every week and would be willing to give other new shows on that channel a chance as well. GREAT JOB bringing back a CLASSIC!!!!!! Lets get Victoria Principal back toooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Love it Keep it coming for a few more decades. I watched it all in the 70′s and 80′s and 2012 episodes. Very good show
Fan freaken tastic!!!!!!

need 2nd season.dallas has not lost anything.look forward to 2nd season
The new Dallas isn’t good, it is GREAT. It is so nice to finally have another watercooler show to talk about. It has been ages since I felt that way about anything on tv and my whole family and friends are into it. I loved that the show moved as such a good peace. The original is a classic of course and time will tell if this wants ranks up there with but I loved the first season and hope the second will be even better. Larry Hagman is still such a good actor.
I also want to comment on some things Mary said. She is entitled to her opinion I suppose (though what she said was crude indeed) but I could not disagree more. Linda Gray is in her early 70′s and has found the fountain of youth. She looks incredible and Larry Hagman who is 80 was going through real life cancer treatments during the first season. He was on Live With Kelly today and looked incredible. No offense Mary, but when you go through chemo and our 80, why don’t you post your pic and we can critique it. Larry Hagman is an icon and still JR Ewing. Great, great show still!
Can’t producers in tv come up with something new. I see more fighting on that show than in some boxing rings. Watched better part of two shows to try to be fair but can’t possibly watch anymore. Can they make Linda Gray look anymore like a hooker not even an attractive one. Maybe put another ton of makeup on. I realize she is very old as is Larry Hagman who looks TOTALLY dead. Maybe alittle more make-up would help the whole show. First show was great. This one is a joke.
I personally think Linda Gray looks great!
Love it! My mom watched the show faithfully when I was a kid so I knew the storyline and all the characters. So glad I can have a Dallas of my own generation! Keep, Keep, Keep!!!
GREAT Show! Should most definitely be renewed!
LOVE LOVE LOVE DALLAS!!! please don’t cancel.. and don’t kill off the older actors either..
Love Dallas .Keep it comming
I loved the original Dallas. My husband and I watched it faithfully. We’ve been watching the new one too, and we love it. Please keep it on the air. It’s the best show ever.
